They have provided the latest brands of medication.By Mohd Nafiz Othman (4 months ago)We waited for more than 2 hours.. my son has cough non stop.. and still waiting to be treat.. lastly the nurse come and give nap, and we think we want to go back and just pay for nap. Finally the doctor ask to meetup patient. The time consultation/treatment is so long for 1 patient. We understand that it is based on the case by case. However, it really took longer time as only 1 doctor in operations. And I think in festive like this, time consultantion should be improved and also the other deparment management in this clinic. The registration team is doing well, very friendly and fast respond. However at the payment and farmacy also took longer time. In overall for 2.5hours to be treat and complete process, it is totally unacceptable and wasting time. Mybe clinic can improve on the management of clinic. On technical side, i think clinic doing well, but the services provided is really bad based on my experience. Mybe others has a good experience. But for me, it is bad. Everytime I went to the clinic and provided with my insurance provider details but they never did and charged me with the full medical fee. Only afterwards I realised they never did charged my insurance provider. in the second visit I was charged with also RM 75 (Allegedly RM 30 from me, RM 45 from the insurance) for a simple gum infection diagnosis and medication like my first visit. It’s hard to claim from my insurance provider back as they did not provide me with the payment receipt, I did not ask for any as I genuinely thought they will charge the insurance. Alhamdulillah. Went there for check up my baby. Doctor and staff are very nice. The place very comfortable and clean. Price here is quite reasonable! Will come again definitely.

Very nice and comfortable clinic with affordable price. Dr Fazlini was very soft-spoken and explain to me in details what she found during the scan. Waiting might be long since it involves test and scanning with details explanation. Overall, 5/5 experience. Thanks !
