  1. They were professional and pleasant while we did business with them. They wore masks from the moment they came to the door until the minute they left. They also put on new shoe covers at the front door each time they entered to keep the inside of our house clean and germ-free. Raymund was our senior technician and did a great job. They were on time and efficient, but detail oriented, as well. We highly recommend using them if you’re in the Camarillo area and have plumbing needs.

  2. I made a last-minute call to Elite rooter when another plumber I was going to have fixed our shower drain quoted a very high price. Elite Rooter had a coupon on their website and was able to come out to the house within the hour. Leo was the technician and he knows his craft! He informed me I could not use the coupon due to the complexity of the clog and that was fine as we live in an old house and things work differently in these types of homes. He managed to clear the clog and now our shower drains which make me very happy. I would definitely hire Elite Rooter again for our plumbing needs.

  3. Elite Rooter offers the best toilet unclogging service I’ve ever had. I called them to make an appointment and asked them to do the service as soon as possible. Then they sent Raymund to me in just 20 minutes. Raymund was a very nice person. He unclogged my toilet in just 5 minutes. Since that was not a very big problem, he told me that today’s service is free! Wow, what a big surprise! I would definitely recommend their service to everyone!

  4. We had a complete blockage in our drain pipe. Chris and his team came to assess the problem. They were quickly able to determine the root cause and provided a couple of solutions and offered advice. They did an amazing job in replacing our main drain pipe that was cracked due to tree root intrusion. Everything was done promptly and with a permit. The team is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you want the job to be done right and have peace of mind.

  5. My past experiences with other plumbing companies have not been great. The work has been substandard and/or the cost has been extremely inflated. Elite Rooter gave me timely and efficient service at an extremely fair price. They started work immediately, as soon as the problem was diagnosed and they worked every day including Saturday until the work was finished. They were very thorough and very careful not to cause any damage or leave any mess. Martin and Fernando are a great team! They are trustworthy!

    My elderly mother was quoted $1800 for one clogged sink. They came in and gave an estimate and were going to hydro-blast all her plumbing pipes. Rob came in and removed hair from the sink for almost nothing…literally nothing. He was honest, thorough and so concerned by the $1800 quote that he called the business about it. I trust him for future plumbing concerns.

    We found rob through our home warranty company (select home warranty – 0/10 would not recommend by the way) it took them a week and 4 phone calls for them to finally find a plumber to unclog our drain. They 3 way called rob into the phone conversation and he said he would be happy to come by before noon. The stupid company said they would send over our address to him once we got off the phone. 1:30 rolls around and haven’t heard from him so I just googled rob plumbing and found his company. I called him and he said the company never contacted him again and he didn’t know how to contact me. Long story short he came by a few hours later and helped us out. Unclogged our drain within 10 minutes and gave us a lifetime warranty for if it gets clogged again he’ll come snake it again. Very respectful, very honest, very clean, and very nice. Definitely going to use him again for any other plumbing needs. Not even going to bother dealing with the warranty company. Would definitely recommend rob!

    Fantastic service! Short notice leak detection and repair for our upstairs showers that was slowly leaking below on our garage. I contacted Rob on a late Friday afternoon and he responded very timely and understood our concerns right away. Upon his arrival and introductions, Rob went straight to inspection mode. When he found the issues, Rob thoroughly explained the culprit to us and within a short period of time he was able to fix the leak. On top of that, he offered to follow up the next day. “Old school” Top service right there people! We are so happy that we came upon Rob’s Plumbing, service and professionalism at its finest.     If zero stars were an option, Donlon plumbing would be receiving that. I used Donlon plumbing for a small job in June 2022 to tighten up tub faucets and re-caulk/seal a bathtub. I felt that they did a good job there and were reasonable, so when I needed my under-sink reverse osmosis system replumbed (previous homeowners had it connected incorrectly) in October 2022, I figured I would give them a call. By this time I had already gotten other free, in-person estimates from other local plumbers, but I wanted to see what Donlon Plumbing would quote. After sending photos to and corresponding with the owner, Peter, via email, he quoted a price for the job. Because of my past experience, I decided to go with Donlon plumbing. Throughout this time, there was NEVER a mention of a service call charge. I scheduled a time for a plumber to come out, and the plumber arrived. The plumber spent an hour scratching his head and looking at the existing setup. I provided the original manual which had the tubing setup diagram, as well as shared the manufacturer’s setup video, but to no avail. The plumber they sent claimed that a tubing part was missing and that he could not obtain it, but was willing to “go with his gut” and connect it anyway? I told him I was not going to authorize him to do that if he could not get the correct parts and do the repair properly, because I did not want to risk water damage or damage to the system. After he packed up, he tried collecting $95 for doing no work. I told him I was disputing that, and he still told me he had to collect $55 for the “service call.” All he did was look at the system and tell me it was connected improperly – something I already knew and told him when he first arrived! I called the office line and spoke to the owner, Peter, on the phone and told him what the situation was. He told me that he “still had to pay to send a plumber out there.” I told him that other plumbers had given me free in-person estimates, but he would not budge an inch. I gave him every opportunity to make things right and waive this bogus “service call” fee, (mind you, a fee that was NEVER disclosed upfront) since they had left me no better off than the day before, but they refused. The plumber would not leave until I paid, which made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home as well. I only wish I had paid by credit card instead of check so that I could have reversed the charges. Instead, I wanted to share my story to warn anyone even considering hiring Donlon Plumbing to stay very far away. I have now paid $55 to Donlon Plumbing and received nothing for it but an hour of MY time wasted. Donlon Plumbing might seem appealing because they have a large team of plumbers, but if you have a choice and are in a non-emergent situation, do yourself a favor and go with a smaller local plumber that will actually take the time to diagnose your problems and that knows how to actually fix them without charging you a bogus “service call” fee. If you enjoy spending your hard-earned money so that an unqualified plumber can ride around in their truck and then meditate under your sink for an hour before not performing any services, then by all means… Donlon could have made things right and not lost a customer, but chose $55 over doing the right thing. Penny-wise, pound-foolish. Never again.

    To anyone in the Oxnard area. Do not trust Donlon Plumbing. They milk the clock and do not clear drains according to industry standards. When the office is informed their excuse is the customer did not tell them how to clean the drain. Since when is the customer responsible for telling the plumber how to properly clear a main sewer line? I did this work for a long time, am retired now. When I asked to have the job done correctly. Use a cutting blade to run through the main sewer line instead of a broken off 3/8 cable with no tool on the end I was told to go away. When I tried to talk with the office supervisor I was told she didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t talk to me because I was not paying the bill a management company was. The very first time we used the toilet it clogged again so we were again without bathroom facilities because Donlon Plumbing refused to do the job correctly so they could double bill.Please repost.
