  2. Zach and Matt were incredible help to us this morning. Jumped right in on the project and took time explain what they were doing, when they were doing it. They even took time to offer input on other things they saw that could be problematic down the road for us. Roto-Rooter should be very proud to have them in their team. True assets with knowledge and great customer service.

  3. The technicians came on time and assessed the situation quickly. Communicated their thoughts/plan clearly. They were able to perform the service very quickly and cleaned up afterwards and left no mess. Only bad thing is it’s a bit pricey, but I can’t complain for the quality of work and not having to worry about doing it myself.

  4. Aaron was very considerate in answering questions and informing of what he was doing. Gave a written estimate on what needs to be completed to fix my kitchen sink. Very experienced and knowledgeable what and how to fix. Would recommend to others

  5. I Definitely would NOT recommend this company for ANY plumbing services you may need, ESPECIALLY if the work needing done is for an elderly person. This company just charged my elderly mother three thousand dollars for a Job that didn’t NEED done!! VERY Unprofessional staff that doesn’t do their due diligence when diagnosing the problems and finding the correct solution.

    I called today and was able to be seen in under 2 hours! The service team of Joe and Ronnie were professional and they fixed my toilet clog with no issues. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will certainly use them for any future repair needs.

    Last week, Joe and Ronnie, replaced a copper pipe, anchored it to the basement wall, and installed a new spigot. They also flushed out our water heater as it had many calcium crystals and it was making lots of popping noises when I washed clothes. Today, I washed 3 loads and the first loads there was no popping and the 3rd load only 2. So, I wanted to thank them for their excellent work. It is so refreshing to see young people with such a strong work ethic and professionalism. Will definitely hire Komar in the future.

    They saved the day! Joe and Ron came out during the Thanksgiving holiday to fix a clogged drain in the basement floor. They were very professional and got my pipes cleared of roots. I would recommend this business to anyone and will never use another plumbing company again. Total top-notch service. Thank you!

    Main waste water line in basement was backing up. They came in seen I had access to the drain in the bathroom. Spent 30 seconds on trying to remove the cover the said we will need to charge you $80 to remove and reinstall the toilet. OK I need this done. They started snaking but could only get 5 to 10 feet from the toilet drain. Said the pipe has collapsed outside the home. I said can you run a camera to confirm your thought. They replied no and no drain camera is going to see with water in the line. So I asked what is my next course of action. They said dig up driveway the dig down to the pipe and replace it. I told them not to replace toilet bc the job was not complete. They charged me $190 for a thought of what was wrong. I called a 2nd company. They came out, ran a camera found the blockage 37.5 feet from where the toilet was. Went out found the pipe in the front yard not under driveway. The came back in with their hero jet and was able to clear the blockage and ran camera and jet over 80 feet to the end of our property to ensure no other blockage. I’m sorry but I paid $190 to Komar Anchor plumbing and got no service, the wrong “thought” of what the issue was, and a wrong plan of action to fix it. It would of cost well over $10k to pull up Drive Way dig to pipe only to discover its not the issue to then repair Driveway. I will be attempting to get some sort of refund for a waste of time!

    I’m not sure who I spoke with yesterday, but GREAT customer service. He said that they wouldn’t be able to get someone out to fix my issue until next week. BUT, he gave me several other companies and numbers! THEN, he said if I couldn’t get someone out soon, to call him back and he said would see what he could do. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I’ll be keeping their number for future reference!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your help!!

    I needed a second line / meter for my sprinkler system and reached out to Timlin plumbing on 5/11/22 because of the great reviews. They called me back same day and I explained what I wanted. They said they would call me back and make an appt. The following week after never hearing from them I called and someone answered and said the owner was out of town and then will call me back next week to schedule me. Nothing. On 5/26 I called again and left yet another message that I am waiting on some help. Crickets. On May 31 I called AGAIN and spoke to someone that said they are slammed busy and they would definitely call me back and schedule me. Never heard back. I don’t understand why companies try to take on too much work and then turn around and ignore customers after the initial discussion. If you can’t do the work just have the common courtesy to respond and tell me that so I can move on and not waste my time. Seemed like they could of been a good company but now I’ll never know.

    Our family had a unique situation. We purchased a home in Canfield, and, the county couldn’t guarantee the lateral pipe from our house to the sewer line; notwithstanding the permit. This is information we needed as homeowners. Timlin was the only local company we called where the owners answered the phone and had immediate answers. Everywhere else we called had receptionists which, respectfully, weren’t able to properly communicate the services their company offered. The other companies told us “definitely . . . maybe” – on more than one occasion. We spoke to the team at Timlin and they were able to do exactly what we needed – the very next day. We were able to get over 200′ of lateral pipe video taped, identified and marked (including depth) – all for a fraction of what the other company’s charged. They even made us a flash drive for our records for a very small fee. Thank you guys! We would recommend the Timlin team to everyone!

Within moments of calling Timlin plumbing we had a technician on site and working quickly to locate and repair the leak draining through the ceiling of our second story home.
