- Reviews:First off When I called The Plumber Guy Jessica was very professional and attentive to my questions. She was able to set me an appointment with an installer in a timely manner. She kept me informed as to when the plumber would arrive but also when he was on the way. George M arrived to check out the job to see if it was possible and give me an estimate. I currently have a tankless water heater. If you have one you probably know it takes a long time to have the hot water each your faucet. So George recommended this product (see pics). It cuts the time down considerably to receive hot water and you no longer are wasting water down the drain while waiting for hot water. George gave me the website to order the product and to advise the office when it arrived. I contacted Jessica when the part arrived and she scheduled the install for the next day. When George arrived for the install of course he was on time, he checked to make sure everything was there before he started the job. It only took George about one ad a half hours to complete the job. On a side note George was very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We now have hot water on demand and no longer wasting water down the drain. Thank you George and Jessica for a job well done.By Rachel King (4 months ago)I called the plumber Guy this morning to schedule to have a Brio reverse osmosis water dispenser installed. I was told they could be here today betweeen 2:00 and 4:00. They called me around noon and said their installer was running early and could be here in 15 minutes. Daniel was not familiar with the system I had purchased but read the material provided thoroughly, fished the supply and drain lines through a number of cabinets, modified the installation for the filter flush system to make that procedure much easier for me, hooked up the dispenser and checked all work for leakage, cleaned up all the work space. Daniel was very polite and courteous throughout the time he was here. No leaks and happy customer.By Terri Durst (3 months ago)I had Albert cap the water Supply line behind my refrigerator and then change out the supply line faucet under the kitchen sink to accommodate the water tube that supplies water to the refrigerator ice maker. This way, when I go on vacation I can turn off the water to the ice maker without having to move the refrigerator. Albert also drilled discreet holes at the back of my lower kitchen cabinets through which he ran the new line. The job went perfectly! Albert is knowledgeable and professional, but more than that he is good with people. He communicates very well during the job and explains what he’s doing in a way that an untrained person can understand. I felt comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend The Plumber Guy to anyone who needs work done. A big part of that recommendation would be that the person asks for Albert specifically – I know I will ask for him when I need work in the future. - Reviews:I have had only positive experiences with ReddiServices. My first introduction to Reddiservices was about 2.5 years ago. I was bringing my spouse home from a chem treatment and pulled into the garage about 5PM and opened the car door and stepped into a pool of water. The hot water heater was leaking. Since we just moved to the Phoenix area I googled plumbers in this area. Reddiservices popped up and they had 7 days a week service. I called them and within an 1.5 hrs Marco Prieto appeared at my front door. I didn’t need a new hot water heater it was a connection that was configured incorrectly when it was installed several years earlier by the previous owner. Marco first stopped the leak and took his shop vac and vacuumed all the water up in the garage,. He then started to reconfigure the hook up to the hot water heater. It was around 9 PM when he was finished. He was just as pleasant and polite as when he arrived and happy he could fix this for us. I did not need a plumber for another 2.5 years. My spouse had passed away by then and I was returning home on a Saturday same time around 4:30 with my 9 yr old grandson. Yep, i opened the car door into another pool of water. The hot water heater finally reached the end of its life., I called Reddi services once again and around 7PM the doorbell rang and it was my friend Marco. He went to work removing the old hot water heater and had a new one installed by 10:30 or so that evening. Again, pleasant and polite he once again helped us out by installing this new heater and explaining the operations of it etc. Reddiservices does not charge an up charge for weekend or evenings always the same rate. What a great experience . About a week ago my outside spigot was leaking and the other spigot I could not get the hose unhooked due to it being corroded so I called Friday afternoon and the dispatcher said he could have someone there Monday. I would be away all day Monday and the dispatcher ask me if Saturday afternoon would work. I told him that would be perfect. It was a late arrival which was ok with me and around 7PM Matt Mattox arrived at my front door, pleasant and polite and smiling. How do these guys do that when they have been working all day especially on a weekend. Well Matt just as gracious as Marco went to work on my outside spigots and within 1.5 to 2 hrs he had the old spigots off and new spigots installed., He explained in detail exactly what he did and how to maintain the new equipment to get the longest possible life I could out of them. He did another great job and again no extra Saturday charge. I will use Reddiservices for all my plumbing needs, no need to look for any other plumber with these guys around. We were able to find a suitable substitute and the repair was successfully completed! Plumbers Masters is always professional, on time and gets the job done correctly the 1st time.
Few months back got a call that the guest bath Posi temp valve was in the stuck position at 4am in the morning.
Called plumbing masters and a tech was out on site at 6am and got it fixed.
Most recent repair would be my washer valves leaking due to 10 yr corrosion and common wear and tear on the valves.
Trevor did an awesome job on washer valves.
Like always, repair was complete.

Chad was amazing! We also worked initially with Drew and he was also amazing. So kind, explained everything perfectly and were very efficient. Something to note: we had to have extensive work done on an outdoor pipe and Chad did all the work, not only efficiently, but with such a great attitude. He was so great to work with. Saul and co-worker (I can’t remember his name, sorry). They were on time and very considerate while installing the water lines. They worked long hours on Saturday and Sunday to complete the job. They cleaned up before they left. They were so trustworthy, I gave Saul the keys to the restaurant to lock up on Saturday and open on Sunday. Two great guys, working diligently , their supervisors and owners should be proud to have those guys working for them. I would be proud to let others know the kind of employees Plumber Masters employs. Great job guys!!!!
Trevor was phenomenal in assessing where the leak was coming from. In this case he had to cut through a pantry wall and garage wall to make sure where the leak was coming from. It was leaking from a worn out toilet wax ring, which he replaced. The cost was more than I expected but he provided the intangibles, such as his knowledge and getting a restoration company to come right over to get a claim going with my insurance company for the damages. I highly recommend Plumbing Masters.
Made an appointment online and was contacted immediately to let me know they could come out sooner than expected which was a nice surprise. Our technician was Joel and he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, respectful and did a fantastic job, including giving explanation and suggestions to maintain clean drains. Will definitely be coming back to Plumbing Masters and requesting Joel.
