a month agoClean, comfortable, and convenient (close to Google/LinkedIn/other tech offices). Thin walls so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Gym has weights, an elliptical, and 2 bikes – enough for a workout but nothing extravagant if you’re picky about the equipment. Staff was quick and kind!3 months agoThough centrally located right off the 85 and El Camino real, pictures weren’t quite as same as what’s displayed when booking. In my room, there were a couple of holes in the walls, the bathroom was dirty, l the carpet had stains and furniture wasnt clean.I paid around $89/n for the room and candidly, I wouldn’t pay more. There may have been some old pictures of the breakfast being served as during my stay, there was no hot breakfast, only packaged pastries 🥐 and bagels 🥯 with coffee.
100% value stay in a prime location.
2 months agoDirty bed with blood stains. Dirty floor with mud stains. Toilet was not cleaned, with visible pubic hairs and urine.Breakfast is only toast a bagels. There is no source of protein.
“Deluxe” room doesn’t have a microwave, and there are none available to bring to my room. I can’t even purchase frozen breakfast and enjoy it hot.
Overall poor quality.

Thank you!11 months agoWhen I arrived, the person that checked us in was not really friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. The person that does the night shift, Alexis or Alexa she was not friendly at all. When I woke up too get complimentary breakfast, there was bread, bagels and coffee. There was no effort. At that time, there was a shift change and the lady that came in the morning, Mali I believe, she was very nice. She set out more food and was very welcoming. Thank you for making our stay better with your customer service.

2 weeks agoThe robot customer support gives users and marketing ad customers a bad experience. The responses are vague and robotic, and campaigns are suspended by a bot without human review, failing their business. I recommend temporarily suspending campaigns for review and/or appeal instead of using a bot for keyword scans and making the suspension final. I’m sure you are losing a ton of ad dollars.I requested that my accounts be deleted from their websites, and they refused, so I filed a complaint with the CA State’s Attorney General. When users and customers request data deletion, companies must do so by law. They must want the user numbers to appease investors.
I am a business owner, and it saddens me when I see terrible support and customer experiences, but then when I looked at the profiles of the people that work at Quora (tech bro culture), I can see why.

It seems like a case of performance marketing gone horribly wrong. I regret having tried it.

All the large chain hotels in the area charge way more for a much lower level of service and hotel quality compared to what Hotel Strata offers. The staff has been super helpful, offered office campus shuttle service, free breakfast, 24/7 coffee/tea service. Free parking, gym and a covered patio area. Spacious rooms with good quality, clean furniture and very comfortable beds. Highly recommended, pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, quality of room, very large 65″+ TV. And loved the model car collection on display in the lobby. Very nice touch indeed.
Best overall business hotel in the South Bay.
This hotel is really great. I stayed here because my partner also stayed there and loved it. It is super clean and has all the amenities you can think of and beyond. For example it has an air purifier in the room, Trouser Press for pants, smart Toto toilet, scale, large TV with many channels and multiple lights and charging stations that make easy to work from the room if needed. The bed and everything is quite comfortable.
The staff is amazingly nice and are willing to help with you pretty much anything. I shipped products from Amazon and they received and kept them for me. They have a broad selection of breakfast that is not only tasty and healthy but more than what you would need for in terms of breakfast. I booked through at third party site because I had a status there and received a complementary bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water.
Lastly, the gym is super well furnished with new machines and weights, and even water and fresh towels in case you need it. Going forward, only staying at this hotel, superb experience!
The rooms and service were a pleasant surprise! Everything is perfectly where it should be. They have everything you need and the things you didn’t think you needed! I do have to mention that the heated floor, Air filtration system, bidet, built-in bathroom mirror Tv, and the gift bag are all a definite plus.
Excellent all round service. All the staff were very friendly, the rooms had some of the latest tech and breakfast on all days was awesome. Will definitely stay here when we come to MTV again.
It is absolutely impossible to say anything negative about this wonderful hotel, both the staff and the hotel itself. My worst comment would be that the remote control for the bathroom mirror/tv (yes- there is such a thing), needed new batteries, which they immediately provided. I have not been treated better at a hotel in my life and I’ve stayed at hundreds. The breakfast is fantastic and includes a wonderful Indian dish every morning. The Swiss coffee machine costs as much as my car and makes every permutation of coffee you can dream off and offers local beans as well. The selections of teas includes 24 choices. The rooms includes things like a motion detector light under the nightstand so you don’t trip going to the bathroom in the dark. Also thoughtful things like a clip for the curtain so you can completely block out light if you choose (that’s always a challenge). I won’t tell you the rest of the cool things you’ll find in the room. A gift bag is also provided with a few thoughtful extras. Also enjoy the totally cool curated collection of model sports cars that includes Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari are in the lobby. Thank you Hotel Strata for a wonderful stay.
