  2. Dien and Homi rentals worked well for me to get my Short Term Rental off the ground. Dien and his team are a full-service operation and very experienced in getting the property rented out. Their team took care of all the communications with the guests and with the support staff (housecleaners and handymen). Dien also assisted in dealing with Airbnb to get reimbursement claims filed after some rowdy guests did over $6k of damage to the property.

    I no longer use them as a property manager as I now have extra time to perform some of the property manager duties, but Homi Rentals is good if you don’t have time to manage the property properly. At the end of our engagement, Dien left me with a great listing with great reviews and superhost status.
