3 months agoI Loved my experience at The Lancome make up counter, I bought a Gift ???? with purchase and the Lovely lady that helped me was super nice, she went above and beyond. I even received a special gift a beautiful scarf. I left feeling quite the Star. Thank you..3 months agoI must say this Macy’s has definitely improved. Was very impressed by the tidyness and well organized. A few corners still need some improvement. But hey, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Also, staff was helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find what I needed. Parking lot was a little packed. It was a Sunday though so that’s expected.Went today, Thursday, it was crowded parking lot. Inside macys though was a super relaxed barely any shoppers. Well return.
2 weeks agoWent to Macy’s Oakridge yesterday, August 19, and it was so hot in the store. It was hot and muggy in the store! I was there to shop for cocktail/evening dresses for a wedding and rehearsal dinner. It was so hot and uncomfortable. I expect a much better experience from Macy’s. Target and other stores, including mall stores were better air conditioned than Macys (which didn’t seem air conditioned at all. As a matter of fact, I was on Nextdoor and several people had commented about how uncomfortable and hot Macy’s is, and how it has gone downhill an will not shop there. That was only one of the complaints mentioned, but having a comfortable temperature to shop in is an expected experience for customer. We are not expecting artic coolness, just something that we don’t sweat in.a month agoI stopped at Macy’s to purchase some sunglasses for my wife, after we went to Bass Pro looking for same sunglasses and having to help ourselves due to customer service not at expectations or any at all, for that matter, so,Macy’s sun glass hut was was great, employee was well trained and knowledgeable of her products, easy purchasing, this is the kind of service that makes customers come back. Thanksyou Macy’s3 months agoTrial rooms were very far. Even though they had a lot of trial rooms they had opened only a few. I had to carry all my selected dresses half store to try it on. Beaded dresses are not worth buying because for a $100 dress beads came off very easily.

4 months agoVery nice mid to high end store. They have many name brand items such as Gucci, Movado, Chanel, etc. They also have very good customer service, their representatives wait patiently while u r trying to make a decision , and never try to rush u. It’s a very nice store , well laid out with lots of free parking.a month agoMacy’s is a traditional store and with good quality products. Clean and easy to find home and personal goods.3 weeks agoThey sell bad channel perfumes, only last for 10-20 minutes. Do not buy perfumes here.7 months agoStaff doesn’t check credit card information. Long story short, my credit card was stolen from my mailbox. My provider recommended that I wait to cancel the card and didn’t fulfill my request to close the card. The stolen card was used at Macy’s for $800 and the cashier seemingly did not bother to check the card for ID— even on such a large balance.
I tried to call the Macy’s (after letting the bank know of this update). Their phone automation was terrible and eventually lead me to a broken extension. The call dropped.
a year agoI thank the chef for the very tasty shurpa, thank the director of the establishment for the cozy atmosphere, thank the staff for the warm hospitality. Thank you to these people for creating such a good and positive atmosphere.

TLDR: Don’t use curbside pickup at this Macy’s!!
Good luck getting your stuff using Curbside Pickup here. I’ve tried using it 3 separate times now. One time they did attempt to find me and even called me (they hung up before saying anything) but then gave up so I ended up having to go inside and wait in line for my items. My husband waited in the pickup section and after no one came out after 15 minutes he started calling the store, he did this for over 20 minutes with no one ever answering the call or coming outside so he also had to go inside and wait in line. The most recent time (06/26/2022), my husband again went to the curbside pickup spot and he waited for close to 30 minutes while I went inside to visit the Estee Lauder counter and take a peek at Backstage and once again no one came out with our order and no one called. This has irritated the both of us to the point that we will not be shopping at this location anymore.
We went to return a couple of gifts. God awful excuse of a store, no kid’s area cashier for at least the 30 minutes that we waited for someone to show up.
When we went on a safari trying to find someone to help us, we finally came upon a sad corner of the store entitled “backstage”, where two of the rudest human beings of all time were working (if management is interested, it’s whoever was there at 6 PM on Monday 1/2). As soon as we approached, from the get go the lady was doing everything she possibly could to send us away with our returns. She started out by lying that there’s nothing she could do without a gift receipt, didn’t even bother looking at the tags to see if there was a barcode (there was) but insisted for 2 minutes there was nothing for her to scan. We literally had to point out the policy that was written on the wall sitting right next to her head for the entirety of her daily duration at this miserable place.
I mean she was TRYING to be obnoxious and send us away empty handed. When we finally got her to return the items, she gave us a receipt for about half of what the items are actually worth, looked
like numbers she typed in her self. By that point I really didn’t care, I just wanted to get out of her toxic environment in that cesspit
This was after we went to the cashier upstairs and they (again very rudely) pointed us to the kids area downstairs, like I get that it needs to be returned to the kid’s section but it’s the same store/company, are you guys really that incapable? Is your system that incompetent? Or were we just sent on another wild goose chase?
I guess we’ll never find out because we’ll never shop there again and neither should you if you value your time, life is too short, trust me.
It’s a standard Macy’s at a nice mall. Good selection and variety and the store is very clean. Associates are not the friendliest but not rude either. I had to return an online order and they’d never seen a Hawai’i driver’s license before so apparently it’s “invalid ID.” I’ll chalk it up to being a one-off; maybe next visit will be better.
A very nice store for clothing a shoes. You get all type of men and women clothing. Formal and casual. Sports wear also,as well as shoes. Women section is located on one end of the mall and men’s section is located on the other end.
There are two Macy’s stores at Westfield’s Valley Fair: one store for men’s fashion, and one for women’s. I only walked through the lady’s Macy’s (because that’s where I parked) on my way to Apple Store, but Macy’s seems to always be clean, and the employees professional.
I can’t really afford Macy’s. I’m more Walmart and Target, the latter of which, for me, is upscale (lol).
