This place is a total mess! The shelves are barely stocked. The items on the shelves are a mess. Boxes are in the aisles. Corporate needs to hire a manager that can improve this store immediately. It has to be losing money.
Why are there signs “ no change” on register that I did not notice , the girl didnt even have enough voice to talk til after she was giving my change back. I could barely hear as if she was sick. I’m looking at the payment pad not a wrinkleD up , hand written register paper. Y’all definitely pocketing money. I got irritated cause would’ve rather gave the homeless man the change. I approached someone else that’s could’ve offered me to return & pay a different way. Nearly a whole dollar . Sincerely- @nilijahtheplug
We can not continue to blame everything on COVID,
I shop at this Dollar Tree regularly and always find the staff to. be welcoming and helpful . Supplies are usually available. It is unacceptable is there are never enough employees and the self service machine does not work?
I stood in line for 20 minutes plus along with 8 plus customers, several person stated that this the norm???
Your attention to this store is appreciated.
Just had the WORST experience in Dollar Tree and when I asked to speak to the manager, found out the person with the disgusting attitude was the manager. She was attempting to put my items away and when I let her know they belonged to me she became confrontational and refused to hand them back to me. My cashier Jules was extremely kind and customer service oriented. It would be great if “leadership” could lead by example. I don’t understand causing conflicts with customers Extremely passive aggressive and uncalled for! Do better!!
On today Monday, January 15, 2024 while visiting from Texas I was completely appalled by the encounter with an employee at this Dollar Tree. As I was shopping there, there were boxes all throughout the aisles. I attempted to make room so that I could access the aisle. I was met with an extremely hostile employee who proceeded to berate me and attempt to instigate an argument which at some point she was being held back by another employee as she continued to use profanity while engaging me. As I was checking out yet another employee decided it was acceptable to discuss how he and his mothers boyfriend fought etc etc etc. Said employee continued to go into details with multiple coworkers. This conversation was filled with an exuberant amount of profanity as well. There were senior citizens as well as young children in ear shot of this conversation. This is completely unacceptable and something needs to be done. The people of this community should not be subjected to this type of experience and or be made to travel outside of their community to hope for a better experience. Do better!
