  Very big best buy. They have a great selection of house appliances. Top of the line refrigerators the ones that are 9k and up. Great dependable brands for the kitchen. Also they have a big selection of TV and home theater selection. Great best buy so recommend. If you are looking for something in the kitchen section Brandon is your man. He was asked for by even his fellow coworkers. And he does everything with a smile do recommend the young man Brandon very great employee. Check out is kinda complicated at front they only had one cashier working it. They had several customer service and geek squad but just lady checking out.

  Bought my ref, washer and dryer here. Guys, don’t waste time going to Costco in Arlington-they don’t deliver even if they have inventory. Lowes didn’t have anything in stock and would not sell floor display. Waste of time.

  Went to Best Buy and had awesome customer service. The ref I was buying was 3500 but I did join the Total tech membership which was 199 making the installation of my washer/dryer/ref free and my ref price dropped to 2700 because of the bundle. Also when I buy my TVs later the installation will be free as well which is usually 200 per TV. It’s well worth it to get the membership if buying several appliances requiring installation. They came on time according to set appointment, handled my appliances with care and professionally installed everything.

  They have walk-in Geek Squad tech assistance available as time allows. I was able to get help within about 20 minutes so I was happy. Their staff was friendly and empowered enough to get things done. As far as product selection, they tend not to have much of the higher end (aspirational) stuff you want to see or hear before purchasing but you can check online if they’re stocked for your particular interest.

  Earlier today, at this store, I received the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I walked in, on Cyber Monday of all days, with a laundry list of order issues, bizarre shipping complications, etc, and the fantastic individuals I worked with at the Customer Service desk were paragons of helpfulness, patience, and determination, bending over backward and getting creative on finding me a solution to a problem almost entirely of my own making.

  I specifically want to shout out Taylor Ward, Noel, and Ivan. They were exceptionally helpful and unbelievably patient while trying to figure out a solution to my complicated situation. They are all absolute assets to the store and Best Buy as a whole.

  My sister was looking for a very specific type of toothbrush for her son for christmas. She had called and visited several other Best buys but no one seemed to have any in stock. We’re just having to be in the area and stop by. They had to. They were so nice and there was no wait in line at all.

  I bought a washer dryer set from this Best Buy location on 10/15 to be delivered to my home. They delivered that following Tuesday. everything seemed great until I tried to run the machine and it wasn’t working. I checked everything on my end the water was turned on correctly, the machine was connected and turned on but the cycle would not complete. So I called the rep that helped me he set up a time for their guys to exchange the unit because they don’t fix units. The problem is their windows of time for any delivery or exchange are from 7am-7pm. Sure, they narrow the window down the night before but that’s not enough time for me to request accommodations at work. So, unfortunately I didn’t make it in time. I called the customer service line and the person set up a new appointment. I happened to have that day off so the time frame was not an issue. The new unit was not brought to me at all. There was no call to say they couldn’t make it or to reschedule. They just didn’t show. I called customer service again. This person was not able to get a hold of the delivery people and my unit still showed as in transit to be delivered but they had no date as to when it would be delivered. So the person on the phone supposedly “escalated” the issue, when I asked what that meant they could not answer. I was told to wait and someone would contact me. No one did. So I called AGAIN, this is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I am not able to find my order for delivery in the link they provided. it’s been over a month and I have not been able to wash anything. I now have a soggy and smelly comforter. I will have to wash at a launder mat, which would be fine if I hadn’t budgeted to pay $1500 for a set to have the ease and convenience of washing from the comfort of my home.

  Curbside pickup was fast and I found everything I need online for a great price. I compared their prices to other stores. I need to stop sleeping on Best Buy. I admit I forget about it with so many stores these days. The products are always high quality and last a long time though. I still have a laptop I purchased from them 5 years ago.

  I like this place. If you like hunting for a bargain you probably will too. I found a stove and TV for a great price. They even have a good return policy, so if your item ends up not working well, you have 14 days. The service people are helpful and friendly. They do close early (6) so that’s a bummer.

  So Google asked me how was Best Buy and to describe my experience …Well 5 stars for service. Today was pretty eye-opening I wish I would have gotten the name of the sales rep. He was very helpful and explain to me the difference between S Mode Chromebooks and regular laptops. I left the store feeling very much more educated about my needs and why in this case cheaper isn’t better. Even though I didn’t purchase something today at least I know I can come back when I’m ready and have a bit more money to spend to get what best suits my needs.
