For the most part, love this store but then there’s those moments when I want to purchase an item, so I’ll do some research while in store using my phone & good Ole google then as I narrow down my options & hope to get the attention of a busy associate who may or may not be able to assist me, it could go either way. Then the associate goes to find the item I wanted but it becomes clear that there is an issue in the items location and after quite a long wait, i just had to leave without the purchase. Fast forward to a couple days later & I find myself back for a completly different item & with little grief, I get an associate to approach me & offer his help. After explaining my problem and what I’d like to find that may help the associate may not have had all the answers but he quickly got them for me to make a decision on what product to go with. Now with luck like that I rolled the dice and attempted to get more assistance with the purchase of a laptop which I tried to do days earlier. This kid was the bomb. He pointed me to a different laptop that I hadn’t even noticed and just like that, he got me taken care of quickly. Now I seem to live on the edge so I went with one last item. A backup camera. The kid did try, so I give him props for that but he had to ask another associate that it would have been better to ask the wall cause that associate didn’t put any effort into helping with trying to make a third item purchase. So 2 out of 3 items was definitely a win for me and that’s why they get 4 stars.

  2. Purchased upgrades for my car. New stereo, backup camera, and auto start. Now just wait for the install. Too bad it’s 5 weeks out but glad they are busy and will be so happy when it is done. The car will be already for my trip to Los Angeles.

  3. Been here a few times. Each time someone was very helpful. One told me a great place to get Vinyl, and one associate fixed my online ordering issue and even gave me a better price.

  4. Never shopping here again. I bought a washer dryer combo here in October of 2022. After less than 60 days the machine was broken. I called the maker of the machine and Best Buy and have still never heard back from either company. I have called about this issue no fewer than 15 times and still have a broken machine in my house. They will not send a person to come and fix my machine because I live outside of their service area. This is something they did not mention when we purchased the upgraded Geek Squad plan. Every time I called, I was kicked around to another person who promised repeatedly to call me back. This never happened. Now, I will be getting rid of this monstrosity of a machine, asking for a full refund, getting two new machines from a place that delivers to my area and never going to this company again. The customer service is atrocious. It is literally an atrocity. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Never purchase anything from here. It is not worth it. They give big promises with zero results.

  5. Sometimes, they are out of stock on a few items. That said, it is more likely that what you are looking for will be in stock and ready to go home with you. The folks that work at Best Buy are always happy, handy and helpful. Prices are always good and they stand behind what they sell. Thank you Best Buy.

    UPDATE: After contacting support and waiting for a response they finally got things situated and delivered my fridge in the evening so updating the stars from 1 to 3 because this should have still gone better and you need to look into this because no one knew of my missing fridge and I would have never gotten it unless I contacted you.

    Horrible delivery
    Ordered a refrigerator in November set appointment to be delivered on the earliest appointment 12/30 called me in delivery window saying they cannot deliver do to being down a delivery person but could deliver my TV. They delivered my TV. I took the day off work to get it delivered on 12/30. Got it rescheduled for 1/13 my wife took time off work for delivery but this time it says it was delivered at sometime the night before for Friday interesting. No call No delivery and Wife been at home all day plus we have security cameras nothing. This is a bad way of doing business I tell you what. Store manager calls and says I was told to call you. I tell her what happen she says she will get a hold of the manager in charge of delivery. 3 hours later and still nothing. Hope you will compensate me for the money loss between my wife and I missing work because I lost over a $100 and so has she. Might just have to do business else where!!!

    Ordered an oven was told when it i could pick it up called the morning of date and was on hold for 35 minutes so hung up drove 3 1/2 hours to store to be told it was not shipped yet so store didn’t have it, the sales associate said Best Buy will email me with updates I said in 2 weeks I’ve gotten no updates on it and was told it would be here on this date and that I’ve just driven 3 1/2 hours to get here sales associate became rude so I canceled my order and went to lowes and purchased a better oven for same price and was able to bring it home with me new in the box. So maybe next time I shop in this store will be a better experience, one can only hope.

    The sales associate I worked with was named Crow at the cell phone counter. Not only was he polite and curtious, but very well informed and knowledgeable. He made purchasing a new phone simpler and easy and completed my transaction quickly and efficiently. I wish that more employees were like Crow these days!!!! Five stars on his service!

    I found the photo printer paper quickly, but when I got to the section for camera bags I found a mostly empty, unorganized looking shelf. So I went to the check out, and got disappointed again had to wait 5 minutes even though there was nobody in line in front of me, just 2 cashiers with people. The line was building behind me and finally another cashier showed up.
    The staff was friendly, when I came in the person was able to point me in the right direction and the cashier was friendly and quick.
    Minus one star for the mess and lack of camera bags and minus one star for the long wait at check out.

    Fantastic – just swooped me up and set me right – going back when my computer component comes in and going to take what was ruined by an unskilled computer person and have the Geek Squad fix me up. Don’t ever trust anyone but them. They are so reasonable, pleasant, knowledgeable – this is gonna be fun – go here first folks.

    The Geek Squad team here are amazing guys. I’ve had to come in once for my phone and Josh was an amazing helper with my issue. H and Heath were so helpful with my computer tower issue not reading my monitor and fixing the issue. Easy for them but had me extremely frustrated. I had no issues with seeing them for a walk in and making an appointment was easy. I highly recommend this team they are friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

    I used the pickup service at Best buy to make a quick purchase of new earbuds as I have lost thing. I couldn’t be more happier it took 5 minutes to order online I drove up the Best buy and before I even had a chance to park the order was ready and I took less than 5 minutes to pick them up and I was on my way. Overall very pleased with the fine work

    The employees were helpful and one got ne the exact product I needed. Checkout was a bit rough, though. I had 2 items that I only wanted to pay for, and I had to answer or deny several solicitations to buy extra things or contribute to a number of things before I could get checked out

    The employees here are clueless. I drove six hours to pick up a dryer and they gave me the wrong power cord. Incompetence is beyond anything I can comprehend. How can they be so dumb that they just give out random cords for dryers without checking it’s the right one is beyond me. Edited, just realize they didn’t even give me the right accessories for my steam dryer.
    Canceling my whole order now and returning everything. Clueless employees cost businesses money.

    Friday afternoon there was one employee working the register, 5 employees standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves. A customer was attempting to return an item which was over a year old so the register attendee was dealing with a lengthy situation. I stood there for 10 minutes, to buy a usb chord, listening to this ridiculous attempt at a return, before walking out. Usually the staff is pretty helpful at this store, but Amazon has better customer service. Good bye Bestbuy-
