The Geek Squad at Best Buy in Salem, NH, were very helpful. They didn’t actually fix the problems we were having with our Android phone, but they tried and were very pleasant (they didn’t charge us, since they didn’t actually fix it). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and courteous staff who were eager to assist me in any way possible.
The store was well organized and neatly arranged, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The shelves were stocked with a wide range of electronic gadgets and accessories, and I was able to browse through the various options with ease.
One of the things that stood out to me was the knowledge and expertise of the staff. They were well-informed about the products and able to answer all of my questions satisfactorily. They also gave me valuable advice on the best products that would meet my needs, and I never felt pressured to buy anything.
The checkout process was also quick and efficient, and I appreciated the various payment options available. The staff made sure to double-check my purchase and provided me with a detailed receipt, which gave me peace of mind.

I had done some online order pickup for a phone with a trade in and the manager came up and spent like a good 30+ minutes making sure my order went through correctly. At first the trade in value kept showing up as incorrect even though the online order was correct. The manager wouldn’t give up until he was able to get the trade in to go through properly. He was determined to make sure I got the price I was promised via the online order.By Yukikaze (5 months ago)I travel to this store just to have them put new screen protectors on all of my family’s phones. They do such a great job and are all quick and knowledgeable. Absolutely worth the extra half hour drive (rather than the one right up the street from me). They put them on like it is on their phone and make sure there is no dust or bubbles at all before handing it over to you.By April Pelletier (4 months ago)There’s a reason Amazon is putting them out of business. Ordered Same day pickup for a product and even talked to the “Best Buy representative” on the phone to confirm my order will be ready and available and I get to the store and, shocker, they don’t have the product nor any similar items. Lot of items to browse through. It’s inside the Mall of New Hampshire makes you to do relaxed shopping. Lot of TV, laptop, games, speaker’s and accessories. During my last trip they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but nonetheless my experience was an overall good one. I was greeted by an employee who had asked if he could help me, directed me to the aisle I needed and helped me look. He was cordial, friendly and knowledgeable; even offering suggestions on where to find the product I was there for. Good people, laid-back yet professional environment. We went in picked what we wanted, did all paperwork an schedule delivery an we’re out of the store in 30 mins!
Day of delivery they gave us a 4 hour window, Apogee Home Delivery Inc was to deliver between 9-1 they showed up at 9 an were flawless, quick, respectful, and so polite! I can’t rave enough!!!By Samantha Ann (4 months ago)This Manchester location is probably the worst Best Buy in the state, especially if you want to find an item in person or just browse. They consistently have very little inventory on hand. The shelves are a mess and it’s looked like they’ve been in the process of remodeling for over a year.Almost everything is locked in unorganized cages with few visible price tags. I understand Manchester has issues with theft, but there has to be a better way. The Nashua location is much clearer and better organized with a lot more inventory on display.
On the bright side, their online order pickup process has always gone smoothly for me, the staff are helpful and friendly, and it’s attached to the mall of new Hampshire.

July 22, 2022 was a different shopping experience because the store is undergoing major interior renovations. Should be interesting, as there was so much hustle and bustle by both employees and numerous contractors.
I would expect more from bestbuy. I wish they give the highlevel over view of current promotions to their staff. They are more dumb and even o showed them the promotions on their website they still don’t willing to give the promotion. Also, some of the staff are very rude, they don’t want to admit their mistakes. Definitely, not the experience I am looking from BestBuy. Some team members are very helpful and willing to help.
Great store for pretty much anything you need in the electronic world of technology. I needed a printer for work and found one no problem and was on sale for a great price. I didn’t even have to find someone for help that how easy it was to find the printers and get one. I purchased the Canon TR4700 series all in one printer. I love the thing!!!

I’ve come here a few times recently due to the holiday season and of course since it’s New Hampshire, it’s a great location to save a few bucks.
The parking here can be a little cramped during busy hours, but it honestly wasn’t too bad even during peak Black Friday hours.
I enjoy the layout of the store. As an Apple fanboy, it’s great that the section is immediately within view upon entering.
The workers here are very polite despite the holiday rush. A+ location and staff.
We recently purchased an OLED TV and soundbar. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. When we unboxed our tv at home, we noticed that the panel was damaged. The only damage to the box was a crease down the length of the front of the box. Since the panels on these tvs are so thin, the panel bent and creased without even damaging the Styrofoam. I must admit, after reading other customers’ reviews about damaged products, I expected the worst and thought there was going to be a problem with exchanging it. We reboxed it and brought it back to the store the following day. I must say I was surprised at how helpful and understanding they were and exchanged it without any questions. I actually mentioned to one of them about my fear that they wouldn’t exchange it, and I was told that because of the way the box was damaged, that it evident that it was shipping damage and that if I hadn’t packaged it back up and tried to return it without the box, then there would have been an issue. So make sure you keep all the packaging for repacking until you know everything is okay and working properly!
