For years, Kohl’s was my go to place for business casual and casual clothes, particularly in tall sizes. Not anymore. I would say there’s not even a business casual section anymore let alone in the tall area (I am only speaking to the men’s area). Kohl’s has sold out to Under Armor, Adidas, and the graphic tee industry; sports ware is mostly what they sell now. Kohl’s is turning in to the new Kmart in merchandise and customers they want to attract.
Ever since Sephora moved in, the womens section has been disorganized. Whomever is the buyer for womens clothing is not nearly as good as 4-5 yrs ago. Have not bought anything in womens clothing for over a year. Mens section is also bad. You know, there are still men who wear suits, dress shirts, ties for work, but the selection is next to none.
In general, all items seem cheaply made and poor quality. This store in particular has gone downhill. Used to be a regular shopper and able to find what I was looking for, but now may go 3 times a year tops.
Go here to drop my Amazon returns off. Very quick easy and efficient. Plus get you a coupon to shop in the store everytime. They have alot of good stuff on clearance often!
I hate to say it but I feel like this company is going out of business soon. The stores don’t have hardly any clothing in them any more. It seems everything is Moving to be online which makes sense considering The Times we live in but God they had nothing worth buying other than 2 shirts that I found I was. Shocked three years ago this place had all kinds of amazing clothes.
What a disappointment! For years, the men’s clothing section at Kohl’s was THE place for everything Croft and Barrow, plus dress shirts, ties and all the accessories for the business man. After going there this past week, the men’s department has been reduced to casual wear. So, in direct violation of my own rule, I’m ordering my shirts online! If Kohl’s is going to drop back its selection of clothing to favor a Sephora make up cavern, I’m happy going elsewhere. But, thanks Kohl’s, for the sweet memories you gave me as the “top drawer” spot for men’s wear!
