He promised me a Fios prepaid card for $200, a $20 wireless and Fios credit and 300M internet speed.They said they will cover my Comcast bill up to $1500. My Comcast bill amounted to $743.11 and has been placed for collection with Sequium Asset Solutions, LLC for $743.11 for non payment. Not only was my internet slow but I did not receive any of the accommodations I was promised. My customers would have to walk outside in order for their transactions to go through. Their customer service is very poor. I had to go through 4 employees to be able to complain and they boosted my service to 500M which they charged me an extra 10 dollars for. The 500M was not any better than the 300M. Now, I owe $800 from Comcast because Verizon did not live up to their promises. On top of that, my monthly bill is higher than my Comcast; Comcast monthly bill was $161.07 after tax and Verizon monthly bill will be $181.94 after tax. I am very unhappy with the services and to think I have to keep this service for two years. Michelle at this Verizon store is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She’s very warm and welcoming. She was genuinely interested in helping me with getting all of my questions answered with ease. She is very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. If you visit this store I highly recommend you ask for her. She goes above and beyond at her job and I will be saving her name for whenever I need help!
I could not be more appreciative for the service my husband and I received from the sales associate, Michelle, in the Lemoyne, PA store! She was amazing. We got to the store one hour before they closed and after reviewing our options we decided to upgrade phones. Little did the three of us realize that we were going to go on an adventure to get this done. Michelle took care of us above and beyond what we could imagine. She stayed late and even came in early the next day to make sure that we were taken care of. Very helpful staff with a positive attitude and a lot of knowledge. They helped me find the best deal when switching from android to iPhone and took extra time to transfer my data since my old phone was ancient. Highly recommend the assistance here if you’re looking to upgrade or change plans.
