  1. I have been going here since it first opened and its not the same. maybe its the sign of the times people are stressed and not working at their best. This store is mostly always messy. And not just around the holidays. Its a it and miss store sometimes you can fine good things and sometimes not so good. .

  2. This Ross store has the most stuff and variety of things than El Cerrito and Richmond (Hill Top) stores.

    Avoid going there during the evening, since it’s pack with people and you will have to wait a pretty long time for check out

  3. Shout out to all the employees that come to work the 1st of the month. Long lines, but they went fast and with great customer service. They don’t allow you to take the shopping of the store. That’s odd to me. However, I do understand. Continue being great

  4. I like shopping at Ross, but sometimes it can be difficult to find what you’re looking for. The store is organized by department, but within each department, it can be a bit chaotic.

  5. The cashier was very fast. But needs to wait for customers to move out of the way, before calling on to the next customer. I think thats rude. Please my parents are 90 years old. They can’t move fast. And to have ppl over them makes it worst. Please she didn’t asked if they wanted a bag. Which they got charge for one. You can check the camara on 5-20-23. Store 0260. 6:25:46pm.
