  1. Empty shells and store full of grumpy customers without any education and manners. Cashiers are polite but so slow! There is parking next to the building but is shared with Taco Bell so forget a about free parking. Stay away from this store at all cost.

This is by far my favorite Dollar Tree in Miami because of the amazing staff ( Katiuska, which has been with them since 2008 and is so helpful always and very kind to my seven year old boy as well as Joe( store manager) and is always very friendly and has a very positive upbeat attitude that is contagious!! I can’t forget Cristina which is just fabulous and friendly as well!! I shop quite often there( at least 3 times a week) and it is always so great to go in and see the staff so friendly every time I go and I appreciate them very much!!

  3. We took a 30 minute walk there and we got there at 3:45 and it closes at 4. We tried to go in but we got stopped and told us we were not allowed to go in. They would not let us in even though it was open for 15 more minutes. We tried to get some food for thanksgiving dinner since we just arrived Miami but we ended up having nothing to eat for tonight. We promise manager we would of been out of there before 4p, but he refused to let us in. Thank you for ruining our thanksgiving night and leaving us hungry.

  4. It’s always a bit of a nightmare having to go to a Dollar Tree: always busy, things have been picked through and always a line to check out. However, it’s always worth it to stock up on some money savers. Baking and cooking tools are always good, as are containers and storage. They also have a new craft section with glass cork bottles and such. Just get in there quick.

    They only had 1 cashier, the store was not stocked and the manager did nothing to help out. Overall the the young lady who was the cashier in duty was very friendly. I give her 5 🌟 for being exceptional in her willingness to provide excellent customer service.

    Excellent Dollar Tree – has way more stock than the Dollar Tree further up the street and the things here are always very well organized. The employees are nice and helpful too which is great. Overall great place to get things on the cheap.

    I always go to buy there o the other at Byscayne 105 there the attention is great today I was going to pay w a lot of merchandise I asked the teller to put 2 ice cream separate in different bags and tie on ly she refuses put in only one because was a line I explained that before happens that it opened and lose the ice cream in the bag she don’t care and answer in a bad way I told her she was not doing me a favor in packing my stuff asked for double bag and do it all and gave to asked to packed double and same attitude I usually buy a lot of products I think you have to training her in be respectful and respect the client
