He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting her and now myself a new phone. I would recommend working with him or the other workers here. We were able to get the new galaxy s23 phones and have all our data transferred over within no time. Problem was, I couldn’t remember my passwords or security code. Whitney had started the purchasing process earlier with 4 phones for my family. Brianna was a great help until Whitney was able to join us again. Whitney stayed after her closing time, and the next day, ( her day off), she met me at the Apple Store to complete the process. Came to Verizon to get a new phone and was immediately greeted by Giovanni who took extra time and diligence on ensuring I received the best product and for the best price. He explained everything up front and was very honest throughout the whole process. I usually do not write reviews however the service and knowledge Giovanni provided me was the best of the best. Overall highly recommend this Verizon and more over if you come be sure you ask to speak with Giovanni as he is the best representative at this facility.
Giovanni has been incredibly helpful, supportive and kind. I came in needing assistance with multi issues. Giovanni not only addressed the issues at hand he also continued to make sure that I understood each step along the way. Giovanni went above and beyond assisting with technical issues by speaking directly to my domain manager. He is extremely kind and generous with his time as he did not make me feel rushed. I highly recommend Giovanni 10 out of 10 and would definitely shop here again!
To whom may concern, I just had an extremely pleasant experience with Giovanni. I find him to be patient, smart, knowledgeable about the products, and clearly a hard worker. Going forward, anytime I have issues with my cellphone, I will come back and see Giovanni. He’s clearly a valuable employee!
