  1. This store had a ton of really good deals on a variety of clothing and shoes unlike other Nike Factory Outlets whose discounted prices closely resembled full prices. You will walk out of this store with bags and bags of clothes.

    The store was well staffed. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

  2. I really think this store is over rated for the most part. I have been to this store for years and for the last three years never could find a single show worth buying. I visited this weekend and they had a great selection in men’s and great prices. The store was a disaster I thought it was a staffing issue but then noticed 7 employees at the registers and no one on the floor helping any of the customers.

  3. Lots of options available at good prices. Store clean and friendly staff. It is mostly crowded and might need a little extra time to select, try on and complete checkout.

  4. My husband wears a size 14 and is hard to find shoes for. We found 2 pair for him and 2 pair for me! I found a pair in the refinished section. I really appreciate the option to buy something that might otherwise be thrown away. We were also asked if we wanted the shoes bagged, which I did not. Thanks Nike for helping our planet!

  5. Inside the stores kind of messy… And we had we had Mexican pizza, kinda tasted stale. Two star because I understand they can’t find good workers anymore.

    They sell B-Grade with factory flaws (Orange Box Jordan’s “Cosmetic Seconds”) $5 more than full retail price. That just really doesn’t sound right to me. I only ended up buying the Jordan 4’s because I used both my military and birthday discounts on it. There was no discount for it being B-Grade. See attached pictures.

    We love coming to the Nike Factory store here in The Traverse mountain outlets right off the freeway. They have incredible deals in everything. Especially shoes, if you look hard enough you might even fine a really, really great deal. The store is very clean and well maintained. Staff members are super friendly and always looking for opportunities to help customers. This is one our favorite storesz

    The lady that checked us out was very nice and helpful. The manager was not friendly asked if I could get a discount since I was buying the display shoe and before he answered he looked at me and said NO I wonder if I was Caucasian he would’ve said yes. 🤔##??? But overall the customer service was great!! Just don’t ask for the store manager he’s not helpful or friendly he doesn’t belongs in customer service

    One of the smaller outlet stores I’ve been too. Park City has a bigger store with a few more options. Overall, good selection of clothes. The staff seemed available to help. The fitting room was harder to find compared to other locations.

    This is THEEEE WORST Nike store in the area. The employees are always extremely rude. Yesterday I went in and there was a pair of shoes I wanted to buy, however they were returns. So I took a close look at them and they were extremely worn and the employees had no issues with doing so. It’s ridiculous that a shoe store can do such a a thing, and get away with it.
