  1. This one’s hard I’ll give another chance…. I needed prom corsage they were VERY ACCOMMODATING and sweet. Took my order Friday and I stopped Monday. My order had to be found. We picked ribbons and flowers and had a fun time replicating the WHITE rose corsage I wanted with eucalyptus type leaf coloring. I went to pick up day schedule and my corsage was PINK! Long and short what they called it was an aisle rose which I thought was the species. Um no it’s pink. Why it wasn’t caught then I don’t know but they quickly scampered Pyle it apart and re did It. Gorgeous but when I looked at it some of the roses has brown edged. I was like smack my head I just had this made! So I gave it back and they needed to pull the “guard petal” off. They also did my Mothers Day flowers. Roses and carnations. Picked up by husband Saturday. Gave to me Sunday. Dying carnation and wilted roses Wednesday. Have a vase of water still 🤷🏻‍♀️ a lot of money was spent here.

  3. Best Ace Hardware in Jacksonville! The store here is huge and has a gift shop, florist and amazing garden center. The garden center is great, relatively cheap prices for very expensive and rare plants. The staff were very friendly and helped us pick a paint color. Definitely coming back!

  4. We initially went to Ace to look at kayak trailers as just getting an idea first. We met Nate in the kayak area and asked a simple question as to how much they were. Nate responded with price but was engaged and asked us some questions and responded with some of the key points. But the reason I’m leaving this review was how thorough he explained the specs and how friendly he was. Nate definitely sold me without me feeling like I was sold. More than that he helped get the trailer and get my kayaks on there for me without me asking. Just a pleasurable experience all round thank to Nate. Ace is lucky to have Nate. Good people are hard to find these days and Ace has a good one. Thanks Nate. We will be coming to you for next kayak.

  5. This is the best place to shop! The employees are always so nice and friendly. You can always find the help you need fast. I went there yesterday for flowering plants for a shady area. I asked the lady in the garden dept for help. I didn’t get her name but she was so nice. She stopped what she was doing and walked me to the area where I needed to be. She showed me different plants and told me all about them. She really took her time to explain things to me. I love that they have a store cat!

    I love this place! They always have what I need and their garden selection is👌 They have a very nice tropicals and succulents selection in the greenhouse. I sneak by whenever I get the chance to see what’s new!

    I hit this place at least once a week. Why would you go anywhere else? They have everything a homeowner needs to keep their house working. The garden department is like going to a botanical garden . Absolutely beautiful and everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. They all seem like a big happy family.

    Super helpful staff, great hardware selection, got some lag bolts and counter sunk screws for a shop project. The store is a bit cramped for space but it adds to the hometown feel of a good ol’ fashioned hardware store.
