  1. I use to go to this one but after some problems I stopped using it. A lot of misunderstanding and or confusion or just not paying attention and a friend who got my phone and changing to Verizon after I got a new iPhone want a certain type of data plan and I was sitting there listening and was given one that would not do what he needed we went back and he was blamed for the problem or misunderstanding. Well I had a screen protector and needed to replace so I had to go back. We were not greeted or acknowledged. Only one person working and it’s the one from before. We waited for almost two hours. When I told him what I wanted he said they don’t carry that one anymore so he have to order it. And going to charge me for it, an item under warranty. As h knew so I remembered him and he said oh yeah. Had to pay to have it sent to my house when I was going to get him to replace it so if a problem there would not be any questions went back and had to wait again not so long we got there when he opened up and he was working alone again
    If you go there make sure you get what you want and make them repeat it back to you. Be prepared for a long wait. Unless problem with screen protector again I won’t go back

  2. I was very pleased with the excellent service and care me and my family received as we got upgrades on 4 lines. As well as purchased 2 new Apple Watches. The attention to detail and providing us with all the products we asked for was amazing.

  3. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at this location. From the time I walked into the door until the time I left, I felt at ease. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and I was well informed. They handled all of the transfer of my data and were very courteous and professional the entire time. I would recommend this store 100%!

  4. I came in this store, almost in tears! My phone stopped working in between my home of Louisiana and my destination in Florida. Karmen and Corey calmly and patiently helped me get a replacement phone in no time. I’m hard of hearing and they were patient in helping me understand what my options are. I can’t express my gratitude enough!!!

  5. I’ve never had a bad experience in this verizon location, EVER! I am glad its literally one minute out of my way going home from work. I refuse to go to the one in Tillman Corner, that place is a JOKE.

    i am a long time customer and i am extremely disappointed. the shop is nice and spacious but the service is poor. I went to the store 3 times to buy and use the hostpot. However, when brought to the area, it is very weak. when I brought it in and asked for help, I was very upset that the staff didn’t help me much and then I left with a device that I couldn’t use. and I talked to the staff there for a long time and then nothing was resolved. 😭. unfortunately I will probably not use this carrier anymore, I will use Tmobile in this area. though weaker than cheaper I think I won’t be as disappointed as here.

    Great experience when I went to buy an Ipad and Apple Pencil today. Shelton was super sweet and was able to answer all of our questions we had. We were in and out quickly!

    I work in the customer service industry and have done so since 2019. This being said, Shelton from this location is AWESOME! We had so many issues with the people at HQ but Shelton and his manager helped me out and made sure I was taken care of! They even updated me on everything that was going on! I can’t brag on Shelton enough, he even offered me water on multiple occasions and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. BOTTOM LINE: If you’re going to get a new phone or looking for a good provider come here and ASK FOR SHELTON!

    MIKE REED is one of the best sales representatives I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I went in as a T-Mobile customer and I left (bag with new device in hand) as a new Verizon customer! Seriously. He told me he has been right there 20 years. I can see why. Awesome salesman and very knowledgeable and extremely easy to get along with.     The people of this location are great! The store is under renovation and the staff ( despite the issues when it comes to a renovation) is absolutely fantastic! They do their best to make the customers at ease while the store is under construction. Over all a great atmosphere of friends working together. I’m speaking not as a customer but as the superintendent of the construction. I have witnessed a great level of professionalism that speaks volumes about the employees there.

    I went to this Verizon location looking for help as it appeared that my phone had been infected by some type of virus. The staff member they help me was was knowledgeable and help clear my phone of the suspected viruses. They also took the time out to show me how to do it myself in the future just in case I ran into any other instances that could potentially threaten my phone and the skirt I of my phone. The store was clean and well organized and it wasn’t crowded during this visit. However, I have been to this particular location when it’s been super busy and when it is super busy sometimes the wait can be lengthy just keep that in mind if you visit this location during a busy period of the day.

    Verizon accepted an address on my account that wasn’t my address. It allowed an individual to steal my identity and later use my identity to commit a crime. Nothing like losing $21000+ and almost getting 7 years in prison for a crime someone committed against me. Thanks Verizon!

    This is an excellent Verizon store. I have used Verizon for about 10 years. I like how the staff is so nice and tech savvy to help you get what you need and want and help you if you have any problems or other issues.
