  1. Shawn was amazing, I had talked to multiple reps over the phone for in total 4 hours and even visited another Verizon who had no clue how to help me. Then finally decided to go into this random store in Lexington to try and get some help opening a new line and Shawn literally figured out my issue so quickly and within 20 minutes I had an order placed. He even did this while helping multiple customers at once and did a fantastic job prioritizing everyone at once. He literally knew so much about Verizon and what to do and I can not thank him enough for helping me out.

  2. My phone wasn’t working. The emails were looking weird. The sales representative was very helpful to show how to make it work. He answered all my questions about my phone and tablet. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. I’m happy with it all

  3. Came into Verizon after going back to my old phone but I was having trouble getting certain things to behave like ir did previously. My voicemail app wasn’t working. My keyboard was operating differently than it did previously, and my addresses were not opening in Google Maps correctly. The rep in store was able to quickly address and correct my issues. 10/10 for customer care!

  4. I was having an issue with my photo gallery on my phone. It kept giving me a notification that I needed to pay to upgrade the app. The rep in store was able to explain the difference between the app I had downloaded and the default Google photos app. I had switched because I couldn’t find my pictures I downloaded. He also showed me some other cool features with editing. 10/10 for customer service!

  5. Came into Verizon wanting info on paying for stuff online with my credit card. I just didn’t want access to my info to get out. The rep in store helped me set up Verizon Digital Secure so I would know that no malicious programs could steal my info. Now I feel much more secure in using my card for online payment. He also enable a RAM boist feature on my phone to get better performance. Thanks for the great customer care! 10/10

    The painter that is painting the top part of the building gray is doing a great job. Absolutely great customer service and I told him from my car he was doing a great job. I asked if he could come and paint my house but I think he was too busy. He must be busy and in demand if he is painting buildings in Lexington like he was the verizon building. If I didn’t get such a great deal from Mint mobile I would switch to Verizon based on the painting ability of the painter alone. Very inspiring.

    We needed help with my husband’s new phone after he dropped the old one in water. His phone is super important since he works with cows and it’s very dangerous to be without a phone! The staff was so responsive and helpful and made sure he was up and running! Verizon service and staff is top notch at this store! We so appreciate the extra mile they went for us!

    I did get my issues handled, however, the sales rep there was very dismissive of me. I can’t help the fact that I’m not the perfect looking woman, and I’m not as tech-savvy as the younger customers. He needs to work on his patience with customers of all kinds. He made me feel incompetent.

    Verizon representative helped me with an upgrade of my phone today. My previous phone had reached the end of life. My representative helped me find the the phone that worked best for me and was very helpful with making sure my new phone was restored. Thank you for all the help.

    Our agent, Ralph Harmon, was the most knowledgeable, honest, patient Verizon agent we have ever had. Ralph recognized our frustration immediately and set out to help us. We have never had this depth of customer service in our 23+ years of being a Verizon customer. Our service plan was evaluated, our equipment/devices were updated, our dignity was restored and our savings will, ultimately, fall into place. Ralph educated us to have a better working knowledge of our plan before we left the store. GIVE RALPH A RAISE/PROMOTION/ETC. VERIZON IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE HIM AS AN EMPLOYEE.

    So to the wary consumer this is an “authorized retailer” … big difference is customer service. They are willing to take your money; yet when the veil is reduced they are not in it for you. 2 watches with confirmed delivery and oops, can’t find them. First came UPS the other FedEx with CONFIRMED DELIVERY. Contacted corporate and the store down the street had the order in stocks, confirmed and ready in 1.5 hrs. Also gave me a bum phone, not willing to fix. Yep corporate store ready for pick-up in 1.5hrs. At least Verizon actually honors customers. BUYER BE WARE… STARE FAR AND CLEAR!!!
