Great customer service, several people asked if we needed help. Looked around at first. Several items on display from phones, watches, tables, computers, refrigerator, washers, dryers, ovens, headphones, etc. We came in to look at Lenovo tablet. They only had an open box in stock. But, it was still new. We found what we wanted and we’re happy with our visit. Update made a return on hoverboard that would not charge. You two never buckled, never flinched, and held that respect for all. Elsewhere in the store, associates were dodging customers questions and were nowhere to be found when help was needed to load an item or when customer service needed them!!

I am deducting one star because my appointment was for an iPhone battery replacement with the Geek Squad. After driving all the way there and giving them my phone, they came out a few minutes later to tell me that they didn’t have the battery for my phone in stock. Just bought.t new Dyson V8 vacuum from Best buy for $449 it was wonderful they had one left and it was like finding a needle in a haystack but the manager had no problem climbing up the ladder and finding the Dyson for us.
I love Best buy because everything comes with a warranty and they always back the products. I go here for my computer’s my electronics and for all my cleaning utensils.
I needed help determining which capture card would work best with my laptop for streaming my PS4 game play. I stopped by around 5:30 pm. It was so busy because of the holidays and Justin was still able to answer all my questions and even helped me pic a webcam and adapter for my streaming set up along with a capture card. If anybody needs any help I would highly recommend stopping by and asking to speak to Justin. He’s the best guy at best buy.
From the minute we walking into the store we were taken care of! Start to finish our transaction lasted less than 20 minutes- everything we need was in stock and brought to us. I was prepared to wait in a long line; however, thanks to the efficiency of the Best Buy team members we barely waited at all!
You better know going in what you want because their customer service is trash. Nobody is going to approach you and ask if you need some help. You’ll also probably be walking around with several hundred dollars of merchandise under your arm until you can find an associate on their cell phone who will permit you to interrupt them and check you out. Best Buy really isn’t what it used to be.
I brought my iPhone in to get the battery replaced and Geek Squad gave it back to me with a broken power button. They did inform me that it was broken and said they could order the part and fix it, but they would need to keep my phone. I NEED my phone to make money. I can’t take off work for a whole week and sit at home because Best Buy needs to hold my phone hostage for some reason.
Also, it took over 2 hours to change the battery even though I had an appointment.
The second star is only because the members I interacted with were pleasant.
UPDATE: A satisfactory resolution was reached.
