What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Came in a couple of weeks ago for some headphones. The person who helped me was really polite, personable, knew what he was talking about. I think his name was Glenn or Grant, something like that. Overall, he made it a good experience shopping at a big-box store. The experience with him made it feel more like shopping at a mom and pop shop, which was nice as it seemed more personal.

  2. The parking lot was deceptively full, the store was not crowded, the shelves where we’ll stocked, I’d beaten the mad rush, gotten there 3 days before Christmas. Nice !

Why couldn’t ANY of these fine uniformed employees see me? Does this one have the correct ports for my needs? Does this one even support WiFi? Hello?

If I’d wanted to ‘figure it out on my own’, I could have ordered it online, and stayed at home.

  3. Was just in today looking to upgrade my home network. When I saw the router I wanted was on sale and had a trade-in offer for an extra 15% off if I brought in my old router, I jumped on the opportunity. When I got to the store, the customer service rep could not find the trade-in deal in the system. However, a manager was able to verify that the offer was still on the website and was able to honor the offer. She even volunteered to grab the new router I wanted so I did not have to search. Amazing customer service and I will continue to check and see if items are available at Best Buy before ordering online.

  4. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Bought 55 LG TV from them in 2020. Remote stopped working TODAY! Hmmmm…Possibly be the TV but they said it seems to be the remote!! So they made me purchase a $37 new remote and it didn’t work!! I called BEST BUY again to ask for help on what to do.. waited for a return call, they called, THEY ASKED FOR A CALL BACK NUMBER in case we get disconnected, gave it to them, waiting on hold for another 15 minutes, she said they needed to send me a new remote for the TV, she put me on hold again for another 7 minutes.. call dropped and GUESS WHAT??!! NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! Mean while here I sit with a useless TV STUCK ON CHANNEL 6 and VOLUME 16!! THANKS BEST BUY!! Wow! 🤬🤬

  5. I needed some help on my phone and computer, so I scheduled an appointment with the Geek Squad. Chris was extremely patient and took the time to make sure I truly understood the information. I highly recommend joining the Geek Squad Tech support, especially if you are a senior.

Review written on Oct, 22, 2022. They had a soft opening about a week or so ago after some renovations. I didn’t see a public restroom. Some parts are still blocked off for renovation but it’s great to be able to walk around the store.

We love the new look. They took room from the floor for more Warehouse storage as I was told by one of the associates.

We just walked around the store getting familiar with the floor plan before we made our purchases.

Everything looks to be well situated, brands have their specific location. Now they just need more inventory!.

I typically shop at Best Buy for all of my electronics, and my experience has been mostly positive for everything except for cell phones. The cell phone section is almost always extremely busy, and the knowledge of the staff seems to be lacking. My latest experience was the worst so far. I had purchased a phone online and chose curbside pickup. I arrived at the store and checked my order and it said it had been cancelled. I went inside and waited in line for a long time before it was my turn. I explained the situation and the guy told me I had to check with the order pickup counter, so I waited in that line for a bit. I again explained the situation and they said it was cancelled because it wasn’t in stock, but then they double checked the inventory and it was in fact in stock. They told me to go back to the cell phone line and tell them that they made a mistake and it was in stock. So again I was waiting for a long time in the cell phone line before I relayed the information. They gave me the phone but then said I had to cancel my original order to purchase it in the store. I cancelled my order and they gave me the phone and told me to go to the regular check out to pay for it. Once I got to the cashier, they told me I had to buy the phone from the cell phone section….finally, I waited in the cell phone line AGAIN and they admitted they made a mistake and after being in the store for a very long time and being charged twice for the phone (I ultimately was able to reverse the original charge) I was finally out of there with my new phone. Extremely frustrating experience.

    Great selection of electronics,
I asked a cashier to call someone to help answer questions,
She came back and someone was on the way,
We waited 15 minutes, and during that time saw 3-4 employees gathered talking to the security guy the whole time.
So I asked about the return policy
And made my purchase without getting my questions answered.
So good selection and good price
    But poor service

Look, the store is decent. But shout to Geek Suad. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They fix my phone. A bit of a wait, but worth it for great service!

Seeing as I used to work at a Best Buy, it always has a special place in my heart. But I’m also pretty picky when I check out new Best Buy stores. This one passes the test for me. The store has everything I need and the staff was awesome and super friendly. I usually wait to tell them I used to work at a Best Buy during my transaction. But the staff here is great, and will help you find whatever you need. Even if it means going online and helping you find it, not necessarily with Best Buy. Highly recommend!

Went into Best Buy yesterday to purchase a new phone. I was treated very poorly, almost with contempt by the salesman who came over to assist me. I didn’t want to buy the phone he wanted me to purchase, so his customer service was horrible. He was a very hard sale. His opinion was all that mattered.
I ended up purchasing the phone I wanted, and asked for help in transferring my data from my old phone to the new phone. He only transferred contacts, but did not sync my phone to my carrier. After I arrived back home, I easily synced my phone to my carrier myself, a job the tech should have done happily and easily.
I have always been taught that “the Customer is always right.” This young man is a terrible employee and because of his poor treatment, I will not be going back to Best Buy and will spread the word to friends and family.

Walked in prepared to buy an item. It was locked in a case. I waited at least 15 minutes in the department that sold the item I was looking for (all the sales reps were busy and sounded pretty helpful to the folks they were working with).

I then approached someone at the front of the store that was on a cell phone. They told me they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have keys.

It isn’t worth going to the store anymore, I ordered online from a competitor. In total it was about 45 minutes of the day between the drive and waiting around the store.

Next time, it’s straight to the other stores website.

Employee at register was very nice but too fast for the machines and made a handful of errors prolonging my return and checkout process. It was also very difficult to find an associate to help on a Monday afternoon… other than that, once I received service, everyone was kind. I wish they’d stop trying to sell me the total tech package…

I stood in the macbook section for 20 minutes. It wasn’t a busy time last hour of the night. Not many customers in the store. I knew exactly what I wanted. It was in stock. There were at least 4 employees that walked by me not a single one asked me if I needed help. O gave up. I walked to the to the front and asked to speak to the manager on duty to let him know about my experience and politely tell him I will be taking my business elsewhere. He didn’t seem to care. Young people these days have zero customer service. It’s very unfortunate.
