1. Great experience today..
   Found the Jordan 11’s i tried to buy off of the Sneakers app from Nike and today i walked inn and they had them IN STOCK ,my size soo i HAD to get them!

   It is a rather Boutique feel but this store is very ORGANIZED dont have to worry about the OUTLET crowds gives you the EXCLUSIVE FEEL finding the shoes you WANT and NOT settling for.

2. NIKE by Virginia is the new Nike store located in Town Center. I love this location. I don’t have to drive to a mall or to the outlet to get my Nike gear. It has a wide selection of merchandise, and great customer service. I met the manager Trish and she was very helpful.#Great Nike store

3. Amazing! We came in just to browse thinking we would not buy anything but left with 200 less dollars. All of the clothes here are very fashionable and tempting. The reason we spent so much was solely because we bought shoes. (See what I did there?) The store was very clean and well organized. All of the staff was very helpful and had smiles on there faces. It would be a pleasure to get to come back here. Five emojis that describe our experience are…

4. The employees at this location have no customer service. When I came in the store there were a few employees near the entrance talking among themselves. No one spoke to me, greeted me, nothing. Careless attitudes. I was in the store almost 15 mins, no one acknowledge me or asked me if I needed help, so I left. I placed an order on line, and unfortunately I had to return to the store to pick it up. At the register the employee “Alexander B.” didn’t say hello, didn’t greet me at all. He was texting on his phone, looked up and was like “you have your Id?” I was irritated from my previous visit to the store, and also because I didn’t know I had to have ID to pick up. I went back to my car to get it. The employee rang me up and I didn’t say anything to him because he was rude. He handed me my bag and as I was walking away he muttered something disrespectful towards me under his breath. I will never shop at this location again. These employees need to be retrained in customer service 101.

5. I bought a pair of Nike shoes April 02, Pegasus running shoes. I live in Newport News. I run three times with them and they were falling apart. I contacted the support team at Nike and told me I can return them within 60 days at the Store. It’s May 20 and they will not expect my shoes for return because they do not except returns. They said to spend extra money to take them to the UPS store since they do not follow company policy. Nike please fix your store because they left a sour after taste especially since I drove from Newport News. This is not the excellent customer service I am used to from Nike. AVOID THIS STORE.
   I am now out of an extra $6 trying to ship these shoes. Please reimburse me. This happened at time 14:40
