- Reviews:For starters the store is hardly opened on time. I’ve waited several times for the store to open when Tina was opening. Also she has some sort of issue. She made me wait 15 minutes saying she had to call someone about a return. First she said I needed my card so I came back with it. Then she called someone named Thelma the asst manager n she said to wait on DeLong so he can pull the receipt out the system. Tuna so worried about being mean and looking pitiful that she when I came in she said oh these are the tide pods that were half off last week now they ring full price. If she could comprehend and stop being so negative she would’ve understood that the pods I returned are FULL PRICE! THAT WOMAN IS MISERABLE! Then you try to compliment her even though she looks a mess and she still doesn’t smile or act as if she wants to be bothered. Why does she work there if she’s just going to have poor customer service?? She is the only staff member that’s a Debbie downer, everybody else is so pleasant. I just can’t believe I gota come back to this store for a 3rd day to return 6 packs of tide pods THAT WERENT ON SALE. TINA needs to have a better attitude dealing with customers. If she did she would’ve done the return correctly instead of leaving me waiting 15 minutes. They will go out of there way to help you and to make sure that you had found everything that you had came there to purchase. I also like the fact that it’s convenient at all times and they basically always have every essential household and most food products that I came there for which is a plus. Also they are a clean store kid friendly for sure which is a big plus definitely recommended in my book. I am diabetic, and I keep my supplies in a backpack that I carry everywhere. Not to mention the fact that I ride the bus everywhere, so I don’t have an option to put this stuff in a car. They want me to turn in my pack when I come in, but they allow women with huge purses and diaper bags in. I guess equality only counts if you are not a white male. The store is dirty. They rarely have stocked shelves. Going here to shop is a waste of time. Honestly, I would rate 0 stars, but that is not an option. Go to the Dollar Tree a couple blocks away. They even tell me the aisle or location of where I can find my item. I’m disabled so when I get there I have limited time that I can stand or walk a great place to shop. If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worse, dirtiest, unorganized store I’ve ever seen. They don’t even have an appropriate open time. What makes it worse is all the way up to the regional manager has no control.
Straight up Trifling. Terrible Customer Service. How do you let people shop in the store purchase over at $25 and up tell them you have no bags and no change. The change they kept from dozens or more should have been enough to buy some damn bags. My items were well over $60. I was doing my shopping for the month… detergent paper goods healthcare etc. Even saw items I knew were cheaper there than a grocery store which was my next stop. When I saw – heard people complaining. I took out the extras. The man in front of me total came to $20.75 they automatically kept his 25 cent he laughed and walked out My total came to $61.79 … Cashier looked at me and said I don’t have any pennies … I gave her $100 I said ok … she gave me $38.20 …. I had just watched and heard her say I AINT GOT NO CHANGE. I had to take my 20 items in my arms to the handicapped parking space with my Service Dog. Two trips would have been three but a Nice lady had a extra reusable bag in her car. God Bless Her!! God help the little rude lady employee that was sticking and breaking down boxes. I saw her put a box behind the counter so I asked if she had any more still together or even broken down She looked at me and said I’m not sure. Little dusty made no effort to find out yep I said dusty her attitude was ratchet totally poor unprofessional customer service. I wonder how much the register was over and …

Inconvenient drive! The official website states that this locations opens at 8am, I arrived at 8:40am and the worker was inside stocking, doors were locked, when asked (through the door) what time they were going to open, he shrugged and continued to stock. There was no signage or anything on the door indicating closure.
Lack of customer service.
Under new management…doing everything possible to ensure customer safety and reducing theft. They are doin much better and the effort is notable.
It was good ,all the employees were nice to me. I definitely like this store better since new management took over. Cuz the last worker’s was a hot mass now I go in the store all the time. I’m so glad they aren’t there anymore.
