  1. I love this store. We probably go here 3 times a week. Staff is friendly, I did have a bad experience with Angela. She stood behind my daughter and I telling us to scan all our items, (it clearly says 1.25 after every item). I looked at her confused, she came over and abruptly made her way to our bag. I pointed out that both cans of soda were on the screen. And she just said sorry and walked away. Her tone towards us was very mean and hateful. Racism? Or what was it Angela? Do you accuse all customers of trying to steal? It’s 1.25!! No need to steal.

  3. Every time I go in here there’s one cashier and two self check outs. Lines down aisles, shelves not stocked. Today David checked me out (he usually does) he’s so slow!!! He doesn’t seem to care there’s 20 people in line waiting. He finally called for back up after standing there for ten mins. None of the staff is friendly. They ignore you. This is my least favorite dollar tree.

    Bought a bottle of drain cleaner. When I got home I opened it and the seal was completely gone and the whole thing was full of water. No cleaner it in at all, smelt and looked just like water and of course didn’t work. Even dried like water, leaked all over in the bag on the way home. Check for a seal when buying cleaning products from here.

    I would rate it a half star. I have been going to the Coeur ‘d Alene store for many years, and it has steady gone down hill. It’s dirty and messy. Rathdrum store is better choice for me.

    I might be bias due to the fact that I live very close. However, the staff is helpful and pleasant.. the only complaint I could possibly have is that I end up with fifty dollars in impulse buys every time I go.

    Could use a little bit more restocking and seems understaffed during the busiest times, however the product selection is great, prices are great ($1 or less). Most things here are worth what you pay for, meaning they’re cheap generic products of relatively low quality. However some things are just a great deal. I visit on a weekly basis to buy a couple small items and browse for something interesting. A solid store, great place to take kids and buy them a cheap goodie too.
