  1. My Dad Ordered fencing material on 2/23, it was delivered on 2/25. Scheinder Trucking delivered & tore up our yard with the fork lift. During the delivery, the driver got stuck in the yard so my 86yr old Dad, a VETERAN & RETIRED Police officer, that always shops at Home Depot & swears by the Veteran discounts was trying to help the Truck driver and was going to get him a PC of plywood to put under the fork lift tired & he fell backwards on a slab of Concrete, the driver came up to my hse to tell my my Dad was down, . We had to call The Ambulance for my Dad to go to the hospital!!! The Truck driver was very nice & looked very concerned, so I’m not downing him. I called Home Depot, I talked to several peop trying to get a Manager,, finally got CHUCK on the phone 2/25 he said he would have to forward this info to Scheinder & find out if anything could be done, but usually Home Depot Won’t do Anything! No call from anyone, 3/2 I call again Talked to Jessica says she is a Manager & is trying to call Cedric to see where the original complaint I filed with Chuck is and what Is being done.
    3/7 Still No One Has Called to even see if my Dad is okay from the fall from trying to help the Truck Driver that got the fork lift stuck in our yard & tore our yard up. Terrible Customer Service.

  2. For the second and last time I have placed a big order that did not get delivered when scheduled. Then the reschedule did not get delivered. There were six pallets of products. I was told the delivery driver from Snyder got to the store and said she didn’t want to deliver it. Then I got a message that it had been attempted but no one was there to sign for it. That was a lie I was there all day. Then on the day of the second attempt it was supposed to be delivered by 10am and the manager had called me and confirmed the time. It did not happen I was told the first truck was not even scheduled to be there until after 11am. I canceled the several $1000 order and ordered it from Lowe’s. We will see if it shows up on time. I am done with Home Depot Horn Lake/Southaven and probably all of them. I have had workers hired to use the product that was supposed to be used, took off work from my other job all three times they have done this to me. They hire out their deliveries to other companies and it’s losing them business…if they even care.

  3. I ordered blinds from this store and they were installed by Chris. However, it took over a month for installation. Now my kitchen blind has fallen. I called to get them Re-installed. MS. CAROLYN set up the re-installation. Two people came out but they informed me that they needed another part. These people left my home and I haven’t heard anything in over a week. I called back to the Horn Lake Store and MS. CAROLYN answered. I was out on hold for 17 minutes and then someone picked up the phone and hung up!! I called right back and I was out into voicemail. I got In my car and DROVE to the store… I asked for a store manager. We walked back to flooring where I see MS CAROLYN!!! I was told that Chris would give me a call tomorrow for an installation date. I DON’T BELIEVE THEM!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE IS GARBAGE!!!

  4. This is one of the better Home Depot’s around the Memphis area but I can’t hardly find anyone to help me load material when needed. Especially on the weekends. I am at these Home Depot’s daily and daily these people will look right at me loading sheets of plywood , lumber etc… and walk right by and they are very consistent at doing so. Thanks guys

    Awful awful awful. Went in Monday March 20 to purchase 14 sheets of plywood. The website said they had 60 or so on hand, but I could only find 5 sheets on the floor. I went to the “pro” desk to see if the lady could help me determine if there were more sheets available and she offered me no help and instructed me to go stand in line at the register. After 30 minutes in line and before I make it to the register the computer systems in the store go down. I finally make it to the cashier and she tells me the same quantity I saw online, rings me up for the 14 sheets and that she would page somebody to find the plywood. After two more trips to the cashier to try to find some help it is determined that the only two people capable of helping are out on lunch. Fast forward 30 more minutes and the nice lady that worked in flooring took it upon herself to find someone to help. She tries to involve a manager and the manager basically tells her to figure it out. 30 minutes later and a lot of searching I’m told that the quantity that was listed online and in the computer was incorrect and they only have the 5 sheets on the floor. So 2+ hours after I arrive I find myself in line again to get a refund for the plywood they sold me that does not in fact exist. Terrible experience.

    Home Depot… Do better!! If you’re going to lock up the lawn tools, at least have an associate willing to work the department. I asked for assistance twice and waited on the aisle for 20 minutes. You guessed it… No one showed up. Now I’m headed to Lowes to get all of the items I need.

    Hands down, without question, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Long story short, hack job installation led to a broken sink. Did they fix it? NOPE. Never intended to. Just kept telling me they were sorry and there was nothing they could do, so I ended up paying for the repairs myself. If you enjoy fury, headaches, high blood pressure, and questioning what’s happened to humanity, go over there. They’ve got you covered.

    Very knowledgeable staff, and very polite and welcoming. The store is very clean and organized compared to other similar stores. I usually find every thing we need for a project, wether it’s a simple household one or one my construction company is doing. Home Depot is always the first place we look when needing any of our contracting materials, tools and equipment.
