  1. The Amazon section needs some serious help. All the other reviews are stating the same and all they reply is “so sorry”. Then FIX IT. Don’t use the slowest employee for 1, and maybe open more areas to do the returns? The entire store is empty otherwise. Ridiculous. 40+ minutes every time now.

  2. The reason no one shops at Kohl’s is they are too expensive and the services are terrible. To add insult to injury they partner with Amazon to boost the foot traffic in their stores. Then customers are forced to suffer in a line 15 people deep (in the middle of a work day), while 1 poor womanl tries to help everyone. Not one supervisor has even walked by.
    Amazon is the only reason there is foot traffic in this store and they don’t even care enough to do that effectively.
    I have been in line for over 30 minutes and there are still 5 customers ahead of me. I can’t say how terrible the service is here.

  3. I never shop here anymore because if you have to return something, it’s 20 minute wait with only one or two people in front of you. That has completely been the same experience with Amazon returns. I actually pay the fee to go to the UPS store to avoid going to Kohls. Who reads these Google reviews? I’ve never seen so many reviews stating the exact same thing with nothing changing for so long! That’s a terrible business model that’s sure to not last for long.

  4. We went in an exchange, some items that we had ordered from Amazon! The gentleman behind the counter was so amazing and showed me very great customer service. We will definitely be back to Kohl’s to go shopping next time because of this experience.

  5. Clean store. Friendly helping people. Great atmosphere. I just love to shop here at Kohl’s. Next I will be in to find me a watch. Mine I got from there is still ticking but I want to get a new one..lol I will keep coming back and tell my friends and family to shop here.

    i love the clothing here, always some sort of good sale going on BUT the line always take a million years, there’s only ever like one or two cashiers and it takes forever no matter how short the line is, come with extra time to spare cuz you will be waiting

    This lady love to chit chat and flirting with customers which is no need since there are a long line of people waiting for returning items. She’s even said to the lady ( customer) that’s ok for people waiting and keep continues with their conversation. Wth? Do your job woman!

    I always enjoy walking around Kohl’s. This time the store was a mess. Sure, it’s Christmas time. Shoppers are insane. But the shelves were empty in areas, there weren’t enough employees, clothes all over the floor. Otherwise, I love Kohl’s.

    This location is pretty close to home. At times feels like it’s empty as in merchandise but usually always find something that I like. I enjoy looking through their adidas sportswear and Mark Anthony jackets.
