Juan did his ultimate best to help and I really appreciate his persistence and professionalism. He ensured I was given correct information and was also able to help me set up temporary phone service which he made sure my phone was working appropriately and flawlessly before leaving. I also observed the other staff members while in the store and was impressed by their upbeat positive attitudes and willingness to help those coming into the store. Great customer service and team work! If there was a customer who looked like they needed help a team member was there promptly to assist. Juan’s overall attitude and demeanor was exceptional and he went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you Juan for all your help and patience!By Kristina H (7 months ago)Pros: Making an appointment is the best way to get quick service here. I knew I would stay with a Samsung phone. Roberto listened and was very helpful finding upgrade options for my old Samsung J7 which worked fine but didn’t hold a charge to well. I decided on a Samsung S22. I should have selected a phone, left to research reviews of the device, then made a final decision. The S22 has no better battery life than my old J7. It does charge quickly, if I am near an electrical outlet; not great if I’m hiking. Cons: Every employee except Roberto was coughing, blowing noses, snorting. I haven’t been in any business with that many germs floating around for 2 years. When an employee asked another employee, who may have been the manager, why she didn’t say home if she had not felt well, she said, she has bills and needs the money. ????By M Cornell (4 months ago)Sunday March 26th 2023 I tried to pick up my new phone at this location and there system was down so they told me to come back later, ok not a problem, came back later and they would not wave the $30 activation/setup of my new phone so to me clearly my time/fuel means nothing to this location, they would not budge, I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and after how I have been treated today I wish I didn’t have to give them 1 star….starting to look elsewhereBy henry thatcher (2 months ago)

i was so helped here by alejandro and seth. they took a lot of time to help me obtain long lost proof of purchase for an ipad i bought in the midst of crazy, covid 2020.
it was tricky to sort out. alejandro and seth were exceptionally patient and tenacious and got through it and i left with proof of purchase which assures i can get back into the ipad i stupidly got my self locked out of.
the store is the brightest and most efficiently run verizon store i’ve ever been in. above and beyond. thank you.
My mother and I went in to get her a new phone. Alejandro was awesome. He was very patient with my mom & explained all info in great detail. He was very knowledgeable, polite & very personable. Great addition to the Verizon team.

Don’t come to this location if you are not white. Employees disregarded/did not acknowledge my presence when my partner and I walked in, but when multiple white folks came in, they quickly greeted them and helped them without hesitation while it took us about 10 minutes to get asked if we needed assistance. The man who helped us disappeared for like 30 minutes and never came back, so we had to ask another gentleman to help us.
