  1. Went to turn in my modem and terminate my account. Two weeks later, they are still billing me and claimed I have not returned my modem. I am familiar with the tactics that these corporations so I took a photo of the representative and the modem that I returned and I was able to prove my case. However, they are still billing me for an extra month because they didn’t close my account when I asked them to.

  2. Rylee did everything she could do for me in an awful situation I found myself in. My phone started doing crazy things a day short of a month after having it. And of course that was the day before Easter. She was able to get me a new phone and I ended up having to return my broken phone to a Vectra location (WHOLE OTHER STORY THERE) where they did not hold up their end of the deal. I will continue to go to this location and will never deal with the Vectra locations again.

  3. ***Beware***UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT IN VERIZON’S WHOLE TEAM! $922 bill! First month. We asked multiple questions before signing up, never was told about advanced billing (double billing) and was told activation would be waived! Made multiple phone calls and took time from our lives to get Military and auto billing discounts applied correctly. Was quoted appropriately $280 to $300 monthly. Now $922 wow, punch me in the face! Now VERIZON customer service is passing the buck to the store! Don’t get me wrong they are nice people but, you guys failed this family VERY BADLY! Beware……

Louie, Juan, Jaden, Scott, and Carrie have helped me on multiple occasions and have been very friendly, knowledgeable, and have always provided excellent customer service. They often say they’re here to help and “take care of you”, and they’ve always done exactly that. Appreciate you guys!

    Went here to upgrade my phone. Was told I could upgrade my plan in order to receive a “free” phone promotion with no increase to my monthly bill, great! I didn’t walk out of there until I had put $400 on my credit card for various questionable fees, but that is expected, normal deceptive practices from Verizon. The next billing cycle comes around and my bill has increased by $20, something the sales guy explicitly stated would not happen. I went back to the store and was told there was nothing they could do. This is where it escalated from the standard confusing contract language, to uninspired, transparent, and illegal fraud. Surely this behavior isn’t sanctioned by the management of this store? It doesn’t seem like a sustainable way to run a business. I was eventually able to get it sorted out with Verizon corporate, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular dealer. They seem to be willing to quite literally break the law to get you out the door with a phone. You’re better off just going to the corporate location on 1300 E.

    I’m not the best with technology and Eddie explained everything. I will feel comfortable stopping back at the store with any questions that arise. He should definitely be promoted, as he’s a true leader with a positive attitude that’s contagious

    Place is a scam! Any phone purchase, you are REQUIRED to purchase $400 worth of accessories. The sales associate (which I can’t put all blame on them as this is how they are trained) stated multiple times that the accessories were included since I was buying a new phone. I laughed and said I’ve never heard of that before. I asked in return multiple times that I wanted to see a line item ‘receipt’ before moving forward as I didn’t believe his statement as that is unheard of. The associate refused and stated that wasn’t possible but could show me afterwards. I repeatedly stated that I don’t want the accessories unless they’re free. Associate reconfirmed that since I was purchasing a new phone, that ALL of that was included. 20 minutes later, a receipt was printed and as expected zero discounts were applied and full price was stated to be paid for everything. Hey, if you’re going to make it a bundle and charge $100, fine, but $400 worth non-included and required accessories, that is criminal. I suggest you make an extra trip to the nearest ACTUAL Verizon as this franchise is a joke (OH and they don’t accept returns :)).

    I highly recommend Devin! He is AMAZING and so helpful. He was straightforward, helpful, and I never felt pressured but still wound up adding products that I felt were of benefit but deviated from my original plan to visit. Devin also explained what promotions were ending when and was really personable. It is primarily thanks to him that I am switching from ATT to verizon. Thanks Devin! Oh and if his manager is reading this – HE SO DESERVES A RAISE!!!! 🤩🥳🤩🥳🤩🥳🤩🤗🤯🫨👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I was when I recently upgraded my phone at this location. From the moment I walked in, Nathan handled my transaction courteously and efficiently, and I never felt that I was being upsold or pressured… quite the opposite. More than once he lobbied in my behalf for promotions and discounts. The end result is that I got my upgrade and with the promotional discounts I am actually paying less per month than with my old phone. I understand that two customers seeking the same thing can have two very different experiences depending on many variables. But I had an exceptional experience, and I have told everyone I know about it. These good transactions have to be encouraged in a world that is losing basic civility. Well done, Nathan. You have represented Verizon very well.

    Jose helped me port my phone number from AT&T Business. He worked with AT&T for 1.5 hours to get the issue resolved on their end. He has won a customer for life! What a huge help! I could have never done it without him!

    I had such a great experience at this Verizon store. Jose was so patient and explained the details of my bill and what to expect. He helped me with adjusting my plan and all the charges and fees. Corbin was great in helping set it up, and when I went back to adjust my plan he wasn’t available, so Jose helped. They are great and I would highly recommend.

    The customer is not always right but if you want to go to a place where the customer is always wrong and you want to feel disrespected, condescended, and deceived, go to this location! Specifically, ask for the manager Jose! I am baffled someone with as little manners, customer service skills, respect, or common human decency as him is allowed in a managerial position. Jose is robotic, rude, condescending, and I would even say cruel. He seemed to be enjoying our confusion and frustration, and I even had to ask him to stop laughing at my mother and he didn’t even apologize. He does his best to make you feel stupid and to belittle you. I was crying throughout the entirety of our conversation. I can’t believe I would have to ask a MANAGER not to speak to me with disrespect. I would go as far as to say this location was gaslighting and plain evil. They didn’t fully explain things to me, had me sign things they said I couldn’t read, and I lost hundreds of dollars over the whole experience. When I got my first bill, Jose sent me on my way and just told me to “call customer service” for help. He informed me he could not give me any contact information for his supervisor to discuss our experience. I have three years customer service experience with phone calls/receptionist/call centers and many more years in other customer service industries and this has been my first horrible, scarring experience with any other customer service representative. I will never be walking into a Verizon store to buy a phone again. Buy your phones used or from the manufacturer and go with a different carrier. This location could not even tell me what my monthly cost would be before I signed on and the entire deal was ridiculously shady. Please go to other Verizon locations if you need help. I don’t write bad reviews but if I can keep anyone from having to be torn down by Jose, I hope this can be helpful. This experience was incredibly damaging.
