  1. My favorite place to buy paint for my rentals. I’ve had over 15 keys made here and random tools without having to walk miles and wait in crazy long lines. Best place to buy Killz paint for cleaning smoke, water, or anything discoloring a wall or ceiling.

  2. Stopped by to purchase a product. Was greeted and pointed in the right direction. The young man who helped us was great. However at the check out counter I explained that the item didn’t have a price or item number. A lady at a different register turns to me and says in a snarky comment “We need to know the price to ring you up.” So I told her it wasn’t priced and she scoffed and continued to help a woman at her own register. Makes a comment to woman, “like there are thousands of items in the store. We don’t know all the prices.” But as a customer I am suppose to?????? Gentlemen who originally helped us went back and took a picture of a different item to appease other employee. Who knows if it was even the correct price. I just wanted to get out of there.

  3. Today I had one of the best customer service experiences than I’ve had in a long time. Way better than what I’ve gotten from Menards or Lowe’s lately! In the 15 minutes I was in the store I had 2 different employees ask if I needed assistance, and they helped troubleshoot an issue I was having. I left the store with a solution to my problem and I will definitely come back!

  5. Enjoy going there to find the parts and tools. I like promoting local business first, before having to venture out if they don’t have what I need. More times than not, I find what I need, or what will work.

    I had to get a security key made for the neighbor that lost one. Nice friendly greeting from the cashier. Unfortunately they did not have the key that I needed. O well still great experience from all the help now on to the next Ace.

    Great place to go get a key made. I had gone to home Depot the day before they cut the key wrong, went to Ace and they’re the place to go. Did it fast and efficiently and work great

    Near my place of work, small enough to navigate, but large enough to carry what I needed. The cashier was helpful, patient, and actually funny. Although I shouldn’t be surprised because we midwesterners have great senses of humor and are nice as heck.
