This was a very clean and organized Kohls. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store has the clothes sections separated to where they make sense and the branding is easily seen.
Overall this Kohl’s has a great atmosphere and I highly recommend it.

First of all, I need to mention that Lily, the cashier, gave me excellent customer service today. 👏 I started shopping here last month. Be advised that they’ll sell hard to get you on their credit card program; with the coupons, I admit that it could be a good deal but it could also be financially dangerous without discipline. 😉 The fitting rooms need improvement. The mess can turn into disaster. The parking lot is spacious. 👍
On 12/31/22 the check out line was slow with just one lady checking out a guy who was taking a really long time so I asked a guy there putting price stickers on books if he could check us out and he hesitated then finally said yes reluctantly and ended up checking out 3 of us in the time it took to finish the guy who was probably getting a membership set up. You should prioritize checking out customers quickly instead of hiding from them doing less important tasks. The carts are inefficient and I can’t hardly fit anything in them with a baby and a toddler so I have to lug around 2 of them which is awkward. Everything is twice the price of Walmart.
Merchandise return policy, buyer beware.. there’s a lot of policies within returning merchandise. Original receipt, gift receipt, doesn’t matter.. You get a merchandise credit. No if’s ands or buts.. I’ll be thinking about this when considering shopping at Kohls next time!

Would have been 5 but disappointed that they no longer carry Mudd brand. Everything else is great. Good prices. Not much selection for teens, only SO brand, which is drab.
