- Reviews:We are huge DIYers and this is my “home” Home Depot store. I’ve never had any issues here, but on occasion it’s hard to find sales people to help in the store. Everyone is kind and helpful though. Some of what we’ve done; replaced our fence, painted the interior of our home, up-cycled and built furniture and probably a million other projects and repairs. Our current project is a trellis to get my ivy under control. It’s nice to have a well-stocked home improvement store close by. The driver called me this morning to let me know he didn’t think I’d be happy since it was damaged. He even texted me pictures. He also informed me that Molly (manager) was aware and she would be waiting on my call to let them know what I’d like to do. I called Molly. She was overly nice and apologized for the damage to my item. Took the time to change the delivery method and also refunded me my delivery fee w/o me asking. I was so surprised I was left speechless! Thank you for making this experience great! The level of service was superior and I will be recommending y’all to everyone!! Called the store and nobody answered the phone. When I went inside to get my order all 5 of the workers that were at the returns/pickup desk none of them were doing anything. There is no excuse for them not to answer the phone or bring out a pick up order. Love, love, love this place the best place to visit for home goods. Great prices. Just wish they would take time and cross train their employees. I had someone helping me cut some wood and I even brought the exact size wood for them to cut I got charged for 4 , 8 ft wood and only got 4 pieces out of it. All the other pieces were shorter and was told I have to pay for the whole piece. Sucks..
The place was clean and the girl behind taking our order was so cute and friendly. She was cold cause she got wet doing dishes. Needed a jacket or a better apron to not get wet. Loved the tree.
Jason in tool rental was awesome. Being a Sunday at 8 am you would think everyone would be a little slow to start. Not him he was friendly, quick and helpful. Got my rental, my project done and returned all within a hour. He cares!
The workers helped me quickly wen I needed to find a fuse. They wer kind & ready to please. Every1 had smiles & the place was clean & neat. Its always good to be able & shop wer u feel welcomed
Ordered a washer and dryer. Over 2000 bucks the dryer sounded liked a car crashing into other cars. So sittting here without a dryer. And will have to take a second vacation day to have one delivered. And they were having an attitude saying it’s Samsung fault yet refused to help with a brand new product I bought from them. And still haven’t helped go to Lowe’s they help customers. Still waiting on a way to clean my clothes. And Home Depot says that’s not their fault. Tho it is.
