    Only one register open… Store manager needs to run another register…. It’s not Black Friday y’all. Over an hour wait to check out is uncalled for.

  2. Advertisements are very vague. Service is less than adequate. Stood in line to return clothing after three possible discounts were denied while watching clerk stop helping those of us in line to help incoming callers first.

  3. Always fun to walk around and see the sales and DISCOUNTS. Accidently bought a new set of pots and pans that got a ridicules markdowns. Need more help but signs are out asking for workers.

  4. Kohl’s sales used to be a little better, and bigger selection of sale items. We went today to find clothes for family pictures, but the majority of the sale items were holiday clothes, baby Yoda Christmas, Hanuka, and star wars Christmas. They had a few nice men’s shirts but they were $60, buy 1 get one 1/2 off. $90 for 2 shirts is too much.
    Their swimming suits were cute but $30-$40 for each piece

    I’m only writing this review based on my most recent visits, especially yesterday. I went in looking for a half off sale item which, according to the website/app, is in stock in multiple colors in THIS location. I slowly walked through ALL of the female sections THREE times, & didn’t see it at all. If the item is there, why isn’t it out on the floor? Of course, all of the expensive items were easily found. To make it worse, there were no associates around to ask for help, except for one who was already busy with numerous other customers. So I decided to leave & just do w/o the item I wanted (I only wanted that one item). Maybe I’ll just stick with online ordering in the meantime. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are quite friendly & helpful; there just needs to be MORE of them.

    Well, Kohl’s used to be my go-to. After my last half a dozen experiences over the past several years, I think it’s completely in my past. Quality of clothing has really dropped while the prices have shot up. The major brands that I love there have all been dropped. Probably have spent 3 hours on a couple of trips there in the last month and found nothing. It also didn’t help that they decided to “get into politics.” Note, this review isn’t about this store. Specifically, it’s about every Kohl’s store I’ve been in in the Kansas City area in the past few years.

    I do not know how this place gets away with the consistent price gouging. Always a sale here yet more expensive than lots of other places. I used to love kohls. Can’t afford it anymore. It’s a high class place I suppose. They lost a loyal customer. Been getting most all my clothes for me and my kids there for years. No more. If you would like to pay way more and while the quality gets worse and worse, go to Kohls.

    Kohls is great, but the Amazon returns they have there is the reason I normally visit this location! Quick in and out (unless you want to use the 15% off coupon Amazon gives you for the returned item!)

    The Kohl’s in Olathe does a wonderful job with customer service. Items can be easily returned with or without a receipt. I often will order online and pickup the item in the store when that option is available. Pickup is fast and easy, and is located just inside the front door for quick access. Customer service associates are friendly and helpful. Checkout is typically fast, even on those days when lines tend to be long, and all registers are staffed when needed.
