- Reviews:The best location to work with Verizon needs! The staff are incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. There is little to no wait time especially if you schedule an appointment. I was in 3-4 times in one week because they were so thorough on one line’s upgrade that I inquired about other lines and devices as well. Isaac and Dominique are knowledgeable and they find the discounts and upgrades without me having to search them out. To my knowledge they had all phones and accessories in stock and ready to go. Even with an iPad upgrade they had the iPad in stock ready to transfer. - Reviews:I am a fan of this Verizon store. I have been in here a couple of times recently due to some complex account changes and the staff have been incredibly personable and helpful on all occasions. I will continue coming back here in the future. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is the wait time. If you need even basic updates to your account just be sure to plan for a minimum of an hour when you stop in. There is likely to be a que of people ahead of you and once it is your turn, any changes take a long time to “process” via their “system”. But as long as you aren’t in a hurry, the rest of the experience is great. Note, they do have the ability to schedule an online appointment but I found that process to be incredibly painful and not worth the effort.By Paul Vassar (3 months ago)Jake and Maura were exceptional! I watched Jake greet and welcome Numerous guests while also helping his colleagues with numerous questions. He was so kind and courteous and really took ownership of his job. It was a busy Sunday and he helped me kindly by giving me a number to call and explained the difficulty of my situation. Then he let Me wait till after hours to try and resolve it. We ended up Needing to come back the next Monday morning (no fault of anyone there), and Maura and Jake spent time calling customer service on our behalf and going up to Tier 2 to perform An almost impossible task of activating our numbers from another carrier in a quicker timeline than what was presented. They were both so patient, gracious, diligent, selfless and understanding. I am so grateful for all of their help! Truly. They were outstanding and were the reason we walked out with working Phones that day. Thank you both! Exceptional! I also watched as a guest was rude to Jake because of the hours, but Jake stayed calm and was very kind and apologized sincerely. Well done. In just a few moments the service agent was able to figure out what was wrong with my phone and that I would need to purchase a new 1. He set the new phone up which is a very complex procedure Very expediently.. I immediately upon arriving at the store was able to find an agent Readily without having to wait and he was eager to help in any possible way always be careful to listen to what I wanted to achieve
