- Reviews:I have been to two Verizon stores that day with one being too long of a wait and the second not willing to help. I walked in and was greeted and put on a list.. 30 minute wait which is not bad this time of year. I wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro max. I met with Sydney who exceeded all my expectations. She worked with me and upgraded my phone as well as got me in my first Apple Watch with Verizon’s great deal. Sydney was amazing and very knowledgeable about the product and process. Went in to do a simple upgrade and they were out of stock. Was assured it was being shipped – nope the order was never even placed. Have wasted hours on the phone with customer service because of their lack of attention to detail. No greeting, no we’ll be with you once we’re done with this customer, no nothing. They had a total of 5 clients with like 4 reps. They could have just said it’ll be a while and I would have waited or ect but eye contact was made plenty of times with no customer service support.By maria martinez (3 weeks ago)Horrible customer service as Verizon’s usual, I went in at 5:20pm, knowing this store closes at 7pm. The gentleman who mentioned he was the manager mention they were completely were completely booked for the day, even though they only had 7 people ahead of me with 5 associates assisting people. As usual, Verizon doesn’t value their customer, which has been with them for 10+ years. Don’t bother calling any of the store its solely their mediocre untrained call center. Verizon is the type of company that only concerns money, not the value of their customers. You will pay for premium price for horrible phone service and even worse customer service. - Reviews:Visited this location to upgrade two phones on our account. Nico Constantino greeted us at the door and offered to help us immediately- no wait time. Nico was great. We were able to sit at a desk to review our account and options. Nico took time with us and did not try to oversell. We selected phones and Nico seamlessly transferred our old phone info onto the new phones. This was the best phone buying experience I’ve had in years and we have been Verizon customers for 20+ years. Very nice location with professional, helpful, knowledgeable employees. 2nd location I have visited this year and both times I had a very unpleasant experience.
I walk in and do not get acknowledged. A simple “Hello” or a “We will be right with you” would be a simple easy gesture.
What is wrong with the staff ! For sure need better training or human interaction 101 customer service skills.
It’s ridiculous how they are selling products but yet do not even bother to be courteous to people! I walked out after waiting over 5 minutes and even then no one said anything.
Do better store managers smh!
The service was amazing. The rep as well as the store manager were very friendly and helpful. The store was clean . The only thing that could have improved my experience would be a mamossa.
Excellent customer service. Pleasant experience and will always go back. I was a Verizon customer for quite a few years but had to change to another carrier because I didn’t have service where I was living but have long moved from there and now I am back as a Verizon customer again. I hope I never have to change again. I really like Verizon wireless.
I was greeted right when I walked in and was taken care of. All of my questions were answered. I was taken care of and I was comfortable leaving the store with all of the information provided to me, and I will feel comfortable stopping back by the store for extra help or further information.
Esteban.. I hope I spelled it correctly.. but he was attentive to anyone who walked in. He did not pressure me for anything I didn’t ask, which I appreciate. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. He took his time making sure everything was set up properly and to answer any question I had.
