This is the first time I am having my haircut in Hair Dot Com and I am really happy with their service. Shyamal is the man who has the magic hands. He gave me the hair style I wanted. Ambience and cleanliness is good. All the staffs are polite and helpful. This salon can easily compete the big shots at a much reasonable price. My family was having all the salon/parlor services from the big shots in Kolkata since many years but this time we thought of giving it a chance in Durgapur and its really good. Many a times I have been late almost at closing time but he did not turn be back. Thumbs up to him.

Perfect place to spoil your hair.
Tried Keratin treatment and the parlour person asked me to keep the keratin mask overnight! OVERNIGHT! That toxic thing which can damage your eyes and skin and scalp!!
Thankfully I googled and washed it, and never went back.
They are harmful. Beware.
Also, their customer care never responded back when I raised this incident through mail, facebook and twitter.

It is total waste of moneyBy shaan singh (2 years ago)I had my haircut at the outlet in junction mall. Haircut rate is 472 inclusive of tax, but the quality is service is very average. I asked them for a layer cut both at front and back of my hair, on which they agreed. After the cut I see that they layered only the front part of my hair and only trimmed the back section of it. When I said why didn’t they layer the back section of the hair, they said that that would reduce the hair length.
First of all layering doesn’t reduce the hair length more than a few inches(YouTube self hair cut videos are a proof of that and I had no issues with loosing a couple of inches. In fact they had cut off six inches of hair anyway). Secondly they were just feeling lazy hence did not make the hair cut agreed upon.
The hair cut looks worth not more than 300₹. I gave 2stars for their polite attitude, clean and spacious room, the location and for half of the hair cut agreed upon.By Anusha Mukherjee (3 years ago)

No doubt the staff is very friendly and the ambiance is also good . No part of the staff’s behaviour was off putting but rather very welcoming.
The reason I am giving it a one star rating is because my keratin treatment didn’t last even after 1 wash . The superficial strands seemed frizzy and it has not even been a month since and my hair is back to the previous state . I can’t even put how disappointing this is considering the fact that i have extremely thin hair just below shoulder level , and i had to pay 4k for this fruitless service. I even purchased their recommended shampoo and conditioner that costed me around 2k . Let alone the time and effort lost .
