  1. Very prompt response initially. Used them for hot water heater installation in coordination of Lowe’s purchase. Communication from service team was great; however the technician who performed the installation never followed up for permitting appointment. Upon calling the city on my own accord, was informed nothing had been submitted. A 3-4 hour install took almost 6 hours. After observing the technician sitting in his truck for 30 minutes we asked if there was a problem to which he responded he was waiting on another technician to bring a tool and assist in lifting the water heater. Guess service isn’t what it used to be but all in all the heater was installed and hot showers were in effect!

  2. We had water backing up from under toilet and in shower, I called and they were able to get a very nice tech, Branden to come out and fixed our problem quickly! Great customer service and let us know price before the work was started. We will use them again.

  3. Kenny was so helpful, friendly and professional. I had a hose break at 10pm on a holiday and he was at my door the next morning with tools in hand. Kenny was very quick, but careful and explained everything he was doing in detail. Will definitely save contact info for future projects and friends.

  4. I can only say magnificent. The young man was absolutely the nicest. My 99 year old godmother who is also blind and he was very caring. He resolved our problems and gave an estimate before starting and gave her the seniors discount. Thank you for the service and the wonderful young man.

They arrived promptly to address my clogged toilet but the resulting excavation caused damage to my nearby shower tile (chipped off and broke) and crew did not adequately protect the walls with plastic, so there’s dirt from handprints and footprints on several walls. This is not cleaning off. This will like likely require repainting. They didn’t even have a shop vac. They used a broom to sweep. I am very disappointed in the damaged shower tile, dirty walls, and dirty condition of the floor. I let them use my shop vac. I never have had a service provider leave damage behind on a job.

They were patient in answering my questions and very informative. Also have great competitive pricing as well as good financing options for bigger repairs. Same day service and very professional. Would give 10 stars if possible. Look forward to using them in the future. Ps they also partner with donation groups and provide a discount for small donations not sure if it’s just around holidays but I thought that was a nice touch.

    Our main line was clogged. Called Roto-rooter and they were at our house in under 30min on a Saturday morning holiday weekend. Andres, Ozzie, and Grant were courteous and professional, up front on pricing (ouch), and got the job done well. They also identified root cause and put together estimates of some different options to mitigate clog in the future.

    The tech was very polite and professional. But I paid more than twice the amount that it should have cost to do the job. Then was told that it was not guaranteed because of a few rocks. Well just a few days later I had to call another plumbing company out to fix it. There was apparently still a lot of hair that was in there. Well that other company fixed it and for a lot less than you guys. So you guys are charging people more than double the cost and calling it a guarantee so that’s not really a guarantee, that just double charging everyone. I will not be recommending you guys to no one at all.

    Jesus and his partner were awesome. Very professional, knew exactly what needed to get done and articulated it well. Very positive experience overall. This is the second time we have needed them in 5 years. Both times the team went above and beyond to assure the issue was resolved. They were also able to save me a ton of money when compared to other companies that couldn’t even make it to me as fast.     I had some new flooring put in my kitchen and the gas stove had to be disconnected and moved. The installers told me I’d need to have a plumbing company reconnect the line and to make sure there was no leak. I called AAA Auger at 9:30pm on Thursday night and they were at my home the next morning by 9am. Fast, honest, dependable, competitively priced and just the most decent techs.     I’ve used AAA Auger 3 times in the past year or so. The guys in the office, Jared being one, are excellent at communicating when they can send someone out and who it will be. Service is timely. The next day, I received a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the service I received. As an educator, I appreciate how both Eugene and Frederick took the time to teach me how systems work and answer any questions that I had. Their helpful tips are also much appreciated.
