  I have gone here ever since I moved to Madison, had a few different stylists and have been consistently seeing Diane for my haircuts as needed. Always a great cut and good experience. Highly recommend to anyone who values the full service (the shampoo and shoulder massage is really what puts this place over the top 🙂

  I had difficulty finding the location for my haircut. I made an attempt to call, but no one answered. Once I finally arrived, maybe a couple of minutes late, I was lectured for not arriving early. Maybe they could do a better job answering the phone for lost clients. Further, the hairdresser made a comment about it being a while since I got a haircut. That was an unnecessary comment.

  Regardless, the haircut was fantastic; the best I’ve gotten in years. While the initial experience could have been better, the hairdresser was very friendly overall and I left on a high note. I will be going back.

  I used to love going to this place they generally do a decent job at doing fades and haircuts. Recently, I have seen a dip of quality both in haircuts and customer service.

  For insight, I usually do a mid fade comb over with texturizing and hard part line. They are one of the best places to get it done in Madison…. If they are not in a rush. They seem to be double booking and not being as attentive to details.

  Unfortunately, the straw that broke the camel’s back was reached for me. I was scheduled for an appointment on a Sunday closer to closing time and they just cancelled my appointment altogether. I drove all the way to the shop just to be told that I could no longer be taken. This was very unprofessional and they didn’t even offer to reschedule. I don’t know if there’s been a change in leadership but I honestly find that outrageous.

  I recommended a few friends to go here but will now let them know that they are not reliable and consistent.

  We went to many barbers prior to coming here and then we started seeing Tanya! She ALWAYS does an amazing job with my boys hair! I’m always happy with the results. 🙂

  I scheduled my appointment with Tanya, who took the time to listen to my needs. I don’t think I ask for anything difficulty, but it’s amazing how many stylists can’t seem to get beyond what THEY think I’m asking vs, what I want. Tanya listened to what I described, and provided the cut/style I wanted. Experience won in this review.

  I’ve received cuts from multiple stylists/barbers and been happy with all of them so far. They are walk-in friendly, in theory, and the staff are all very welcoming, but I can save you the time and tell you they are probably booked at least a day or two out. There isn’t anyone on hand to handle walk-ins specifically. Still, it’s probably worth waiting the extra day if you can, they do a great job.

  Got a haircut at the Junction Rd location in Madison, WI. Great service, great hair cut. Friendly staff, clean facility. That’s the great news. The bad about the experience. Being a gentleman of 50 yrs young if I say I would like a “high n tight” I know what I’m talking about. I know it would be a drastic change from what I came in with. Please don’t hesitate to give the customer what they want.

  Lizzy was great. This was my 1st time there. I booked on line this morning and got right in this afternoon. All staff that I interacted with where very friendly. I’m in between hair styles and valued Lizze options. I really liked how it turned out. I will definitely go back.

  My husband went here. I booked appointment for him after finding this on the web. I went with him. All services were great at a great price. Very nice staff. Clean and well-run operation. A couple of handicap parking places in front and lots of other places available in the large lot serving the strip mall and another building.

  Got my hair cut by Rocky and it’s quite possibly one of my least favorite haircuts ever. It’s super unbalanced, where it feels like she went way to high with the clippers on one side and the other side has random longer parts and there’s random hairs that were between a half inch to two inches longer than everything around it. I’m so bummed about this cut because I know they do have good stylists there and I was expecting a similar level of quality. Now I have a haircut I hate going into my 20 year hs reunion.

  I made an appt to get my hair cut and color. I had worked the night before and accidentally fell asleep. I missed the appt and per their policy I was charged $200. Yes this is my fault but never have I heard of a company charging full price for a no call/no show. Yes I have heard of $50 fee or half fee but not this. This is absolute fraud, plus it didn’t help that she wasn’t the nicest on the phone. Lesson learned, I will never get my hair done in Madison for one but will read their policy. Hope they enjoyed it!!

  A lovely local hair salon! This was my second time coming in. They always do such a nice job and aim to please customers. They take people of all ages. And offer cutting and coloring. Staff is super easy to work with. And I really like that you can even book appointments online through their website. Highly recommend this place for both men and women. They work hard here! I am really pleased with Kenna’s work yesterday.
