  I visited this place for the first time. I had called in before visit and had no wait time. I got a hair cut for me and my husband , beard trim. All the services had been done by Mr. Lucky sir who was servicing me. He did a great job and made sure I was comfortable at all time. I am very happy with the services provided. I will visit this place in the future.

  A nice and very humble staff is there with good hospitality. I was attended by Ranjana who did a great job to give facial massage and beautiful eyebrows. Later, Lucky did my haircut which was amazing 🤩🤩.. Thanku so much I would highly recommend to visit the salon and have an relaxing day there .

  Wow wow wow!!! That’s how amazed I am with Monalisa. I booked her for my wedding this past weekend and I literally have never felt more beautiful in my entire life! Monalisa team WILL make you look absolutely stunning for your special day as well as all of your bridesmaids and loved ones! Words cannot express how much she meant to me that day. I purchased the package of pre bridal and bridal services and it was totally worth it! She will have you camera ready at all times ladies! I requested the team to give me different look in every function and they managed pretty well to provide different looks for all the 5 events.I highly highly recommend Monalisa Beauty Salon!   I would never recommend this place for bridal services. They claim a hefty amount but the makeup didn’t even hold for an hour.
  Firstly, the staff is unprofessional and entitled. Alisha the manager was rude enough to shout on the bride for her party guests not coming for makeup. She claimed she gets more people on a Saturday. I would really appreciate if the owner either gets rid of such entitled staff or stop taking wedding requests if she has such a big footfall in her own salon. No bride wants her special day ruined by a service provider. If she was professional, she would have waited to make negotiations on the amount for the time.
  Secondly, the bridal makeup was so bad it started breaking within an hour and there were visible cracks. With the amount charged, ideally the owner should have personally visited and atleast watched the makeup is rightly done. Rather than that she sent inexperienced staff who was unable to handle the situation created by Alisha. There were guests who were asking the bride to fix the makeup as there were visible cracks and flakes falling from eye makeup. It turned out to be the worst nightmare.
  Absolutely stay away from this place, unless you want to completely ruin your photographs.

  Edit: I received a call and a personal apology from the owner. It seems like she’s a nice person who genuinely cares about her customers. She offered me a discount to compensate for the experience. I will leave this review here in principle, and hope the staff doesn’t repeat this mistake with other clients.

They followed all the pre and post wax procedures properly and made sure my skin doesn’t react much after waxing… They do not have regular sugar wax, Rica was my only option, but the skin did not peel off like it has in other parlors.
