GMInc filled up our freon on our old system on the house until they could replace it, got the work completed in about two weeks, after it was over you never would of known they were here, they protected the floor and did a really great job keeping everything tidy. A shout out to Todd who on this and another couple of occasions came out to ensure all went well, to check the installation, and to trouble shoot issues. He was very professional, clearly experienced and an expert on AC systems, and provided terrific customer service. We ask him to come out to give us a second opinion from the previous plumber that told us that due to a small leak we were going to have to cut out and replumb a significant amount under our sink. Matt was able to identify that was not the case and that the problem was a much simpler fix. Additionally, while we were able to take care of an another issue that we had been pushing off without realizing how necessary it was to fix ASAP! Matt’s knowledge and help was invaluable. They partially diagnosed & repaired the issue with my water heater. I had to call them back out as I was now having an even bigger issue. The Tech advised the issue AFTER I pointed out that there was a leak. He then advises that they would contact the warranty company for approvals and get back with me. I get a call and Prime tells me that my out of pocket cost is $700 parts not included due to modifications that aren’t covered under my warranty. The pricing didn’t sit well with me so I reached out to a few other plumbing companies for quotes. ALL OF THE QUOTES I RECEIVED WERE LESS THAN $700 TO INCLUDE THE NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS AND PARTS. Steer clear of this price gouging company. Jonathon first came out on Monday and correctly accessed the issue on why the pilot light was not working on my gas water heater. He knew the two parts needed to correct the issue. Both parts had to be ordered. Parts arrived Wednesday at 11:00 am. Anthony came by at 2pm and had everything swapped out in less than an hour. He talked thru what he was doing. They sent “Anthony Rusty”, a supposed senor plumbing technician with “more years of experience than my time on this earth” as he put it and I am in my 30s. He was tasked to assess/ remediate issues with a leak in my basement ceiling. Without removing the panels to lay visual eyes in the ceiling space, he concludes water was leaking from micro-cracks in the bathtubs upstairs which led to my Home Warranty company declining my claim. This felt shady did and not make sense as he never provided supporting evidence and nor did he investigate the underside of the tub. I had to physically grab a ladder and crawl my little self into the ceiling space while running all the water lines and flushing the toilet to finally find out my toilet was leaking water with every single flush as well as leak around the tub drain without any moisture/ water on the underside of the tub itself, (completely different from his “professional diagnosis”). I had to provide photo/ video evidence to my Warranty company before they sent another plumber out. To conclude, “Anthony Rusty” from this company is completely incompetent, rude, and made inaccurate diagnosis of my plumping issues without performing a standard evaluation (which should be laying visual inspection on all the piping in the ceiling near the area of leak, which he did not). If I was not familiar with issues of this kind, I would have been scammed by this gentleman into wasting money on “Changing out the tub” while water damage from the leak continues on to result in structural compromise of my home. Similarly, I would have loss out on a claim my Home Warranty would otherwise cover. The amount of time loss and frustration as a result of this gentleman’s poor skill in his job and the company he represents is entirely too infuriating. Our pump failed and we called several plumbers, all offering appointments days later. Billy Bell sent a truck right away.
Two guys showed up in a Billy Bell truck. They went to work on this senior citizen with the talking. Eventually they showed a work order and asked me to sign it before they started work. It had an ‘estimate’ on it that was way over priced but it was just an estimate. The job would be based on time and materials was what I understood. A check was given as a payment but was explained as just to get the job going, the real invoice would be paid afterwards.
We are out of water, senior citizens and need the water back on asap.
They were gone for 3/4 of the rest of the day while they went to the ‘supply house’ to get a pump and materials.
When they returned they pulled materials off the truck, did the job and then wanted another check to complete payment. The story changed to I signed a contract to pay the entire estimated price. They ‘demanded’ the rest in a posture that reminded us of a threat.
They refused to put in the well seal to keep out critters and bugs and left. We paid $3750 on their $4500 demand for a 1500.00 job. A $500 dollar pump and 2 hours work for 2 guys.
The well is still unsealed after many requests for them to return and finish the job. Leaving messages that are never returned.

EDIT: A phone call was received after 2 years of waiting. 2 years. The call came because we posted this review. They will not resolve the incomplete job issue. So the result of no customer service is this review remaining available on Google. The result of that call is put in their own words as an answer to this review.
Jason and Jesse were out here to inspect and repair an issue with my house well system and filtration system. They were the most knowledgeable and helpful crew I’ve ever worked with. They not only knew exactly what to do, but did it with excellence. I am very happy with the work done and will be calling again for future repairs and replacements. Thank you guys for your hard work and taking your career with the level of seriousness needed today.

First off i want to thank billy bell plumbing for being able to fix my situation fast and efficient. Doug was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and he also gave me some great information about my septic tank. He came out quick and fast and actually was on time for the time frame he gave. When he first got here he accessed the situation and got straight to work. He was very respectful and most importantly again (on time). He knew what he was doing and got my septic pumped fast.i would highly recommend billy bell plumbing to anyone. If i could give 10 stars for the great representation that doug showed on how great billy bell plumbing company is i would definitely do that. I will be calling on them first hand if a situation arises again.
Doug arrived timely and even worked around another appointment I had to service our home. Upfront, knows his business and told me everything he was going to do. Very good and I would recommend. Thanks Doug! Also the dispatcher/office personnel is pleasant and professional and truly concerned about getting you the help you need. Give them a call!
We became aware of a broken pipe from our outside faucet to the inside of our home. We called Billy Bell and were pleasantly surprised that they could fit our work in quickly. Doug and Nick came out and told us what we needed, gave us an estimate and said they could do the work the next morning which was Good Friday. They were right on time, with everything they needed to do the job and quickly made the repair. They were very knowledgeable. But much more, they were pleasant and professional and were kind enough to work around our timeframe. In all honesty, I can’t attest to the fairness of the cost of the repair. We did not get another estimate due to the fact that the company was highly recommended by many in our neighborhood, and they did not disappoint from the phone call to the dispatcher to the finished repair. Both Doug and Nick are great assets to your company.
