  I got my haircut and first time highlights done here. The mahogany light brown highlights they suggested did not suit me, which was disappointing so they offered to salvage the highlights and tone them down. Now it is closer to my natural hair color.
  It doesn’t seem like I got any highlights done after all but it’s at least better than what was done before.

  Overall service was good, the staff is helpful but not the type of result I expected from Reflexions.

  Tip: Please decide the type and color of highlights and how it will look before so such situation doesn’t occur.

  The Master stylist, Ravi, took his time with the shampoo and conditioner and mask, and was willing to give info on the processes and the products used. He was extremely cordial and cut the hair properly, setting the hair and making sure I was okay with the length at all times. I felt the charges were a little higher than other salons, but the atmosphere and service too is relatively better, so i was satisfied overall.

  So, they contacted me before the launch of the salon. To attend the event in exchange to a service & a goodie bag!
  Someone from their marketing team even promised me a collaboration later.
  I visited the salon, did my thing. Posted on social media’s & they refused to give me the service they promised + No collaboration happened whatsoever.
  They’re very unprofessional. I’d not suggest them as there are much better, true to word salons available in vadodara. We don’t need any outsiders ruin it for us.

  I have visited the salon twice in the past two months. Excellent services both the times. If you are a student, there is an added advantage as you get student discount upon giving an identity proof.

  On my last visit, I had my hair colored blue. Ms. Vandana was kind enough to do the job, absolutely brilliantly. She is an expert in the domain of hair coloring. The products used in the process are excellent. I had a global color done and highlights with blue color.

  Other services are brilliant too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They would even offer to bring you refreshments in periodic intervals. The premises are well-lit and well-ventilated too.
