  Chandan did a fabulous job with my hair. I wanted a blended balayage and was apprehensive of damage but he did a great job going over all the steps, discussing post color care, and generally was super reassuring. I loved the end result and recommend him highly!

  I got balayage and kera-smoothening done by Chandan after researching a ton on hairstylists in and around Noida. I live in the US and trust me this kind of service I’d not get even after spending >$500 there.

  The whole process took about 5 hours and Chandan is such a great guy, he even called me for a follow up appointment to get any residual keratin absorbed into the hair since he knew I won’t be around to come anytime sooner.
  The hair color – I showed him very few pictures on what I wanted, it was more about communicating the spectrum of colors I wanted/ did not want. He got the shade so PERFECT 🙌🏻 He’s brilliant at what he does and is very respectful and friendly to talk to. 5 hours is a long time, he even sent someone to pick up my to-go order 🙏

  I adore creative nails, and Dev is a true master of his craft. He is just a perfect nail artist. If you have a specific design in mind, he can beautifully replicate it. I got my gel nail paint done only in 30 mins, with my toddler accompanied with me(just imagine time pressure on him). Dev is not only one of the oldest and experienced staff since I moved to the neighborhood but also extremely patient to meet your expectations. Completely in awe with these winter nails vibes. I highly recommend!

  So happy to have found my new hairstylist after trying a few places in the area. The salon is spacious, beautiful and they also give a great wash/massage. Sam Roy ( Creative Director) gave me an amazing cut and blowout/style. I have fine, long hair and he took off exactly what we agreed upon with beautiful layers. He also gave me great advice on how to keep my hair looking healthier longer without pushing products from the salon, which I always so appreciate! He was also really fun and sweet; definitely looking forward to my next haircut.

  3) The place is awesome for Hair Styling (Hair Cut) and other related services but when it comes to special Hair Treatment Service below is my feedback:
  I visited today for a Kerastase Hair Ritual Treatment and let me be very honest with this particular service.
  Before going for this treatment procedure I asked for hair scalp test which is a basic requirement for this treatment but they completely ignored after number of repetitions.

  It was a futile service done by LOOKS which has no results. The staff properly explained about the process which claimed that there will be no dry hair, no fizzy split ends and hair will be more shiny.

  Opposite to above claims I can make sure there were no results at all. When treatment was finished I honestly told the staff there is no difference I can see or feel. Instead it was like someone has washed my hair twice and left with more dry and fizzy hair.

  I would recommend to visit and try there other services instead of any kind of any special Hair Treatment Service because they might be lacking with the expertise to perform Hair Treatment Process.

  In the end I would like to convey a message to the person who runs this place. When a customer gives an honest feedback just after the service and I quote “whatever you did didn’t worked and I can see no difference”. Please do take a note of it and discuss with customer if anything needs to be added or done to make the experience better enough so that customer doesn’t feel cheated. Instead of just handing over the bill without asking for any customer feedback or experience.

  I got nail art done on my nails and was completely disappointed. To start with, they overcharge extremely- I paid ₹1600 for a mere French tips. The bill was ambiguous as the items were listed as two separate items which I found strange. The nail salon area was full so the entire service happened on a chair with the beautician keeping my hands on her lap. The quality is also really so so as the paint started losing its lustre and started chipping off within a week!

  Pathetic service.. Naam bade aur darshan chote..
  i went there for hair straightening.. At the first time, they told me to take smoothenigng and straightening at the cosr of 8500.At the second time, they told me that they will correct the mistake. I wasted my time and money both in such a useless place. In just 7days, straightening got reopened. Now, i have taken the same from Lakme and i just loved it. Stop making fool of the customers.
