5 months agoI have a membership and almost make it weekly to wash my car. It’s always clean and well kept up with. The only thing I’d change is the pressure itself when washing my car but that could be the package I selected when choosing a membership. The shine on my car after the fact is real. I also lovvveeee the washcloths to wipe off my car! Big fan over here. Photo is after a wash, not at the car wash. I wanted to show the shine 💕2 months agoVery good car wash! My favorite ids the one in Kingsport on Stone Drive as they have a May cleaner that uses water. It’s the only one I’ve seen that at. All of them have free vacuum use and the use of detailing rags and spray. Bart happy with the service.5 months agoOne of the best car washes we’ve been to! I have the fast pass and my son absolutely loves it. Very friendly staff, if you have any questions they don’t mind to answer them. They always have someone standing there at the front to make sure all your questions are answered or if you need some help.a month agoEverytime I drive my cars through this car was something breaks. First it was my windshield wipers. The staff did cover this and payed for new wipers. The second time I was being directed into the car wash and one of the employees directed me in right over top of a cone causing some deep scratches in the passenger door.And lately and nost recently I brought my car through the wash and a peice of my roof rack broke off.3 months agoThis is the worst ultimate shine I have been to. The right side brush to wash the side of the vehicle wasn’t working, the left side blower wasn’t working and then to top it off neither was the roller that dries the vehicle off was working. I just gave them $20.00 for wash and wax and got ripped off.

3 months agoMight as well just cancel the fast pass membership since they let anyone go through any line. I waited for a long time in the fast pass lane and people who got there after me were getting to go before me even though I have fast pass. Literally a wast of money and wouldn’t recommend the membership. Better off paying for a car wash each time. They shouldn’t have a paying station at the fast pass lane.5 months agoI so appreciate their genuine services…Their staff members would go out their way to help me every time I needed help ..either at the entrances or concerning payment as well! They also keep up with cleaning supplies to have them ready for customers to use! All their receipts are sent to my email which is so helpful! I appreciate how well they get involve with customers quickly if needed their attention! Their automatic washing equipments kept my car in excellent condition ( no damages) as well as made my car look so shiny and clean! Even my little dog ( highly sensitive to sounds) look forward riding peacefully thru these car washes. Sure made me smile too and enjoy it with my furry companion as well! Their high quality friendly services deserves 5 stars…for their professional ways, making sure my needs are met..( in person)! P.S. I use them for almost 2 years..and will continue to use them! Worth paying them! You will never be disappointed3 months agoI signed up for a promotional deal which was 14.99 for 3 months, then after the 3 months it would be 29.95.( which I thought was great) Then, every time I went to use it the car wash was closed for maintenance. I went to cancel the membership after 4 months because obviously I wasn’t able to use it, but then hit a problem because the guy who signed me up for the promotion didn’t use my name but used my credit card. Don’t do business with them they do some sketchy business!5 months agoI purchased 1 month unlimited used it a hand full of times. Noticed it was doing something to my paint on my car plus it now looks like my rims have rust on them and they are not smooth now. Keep in mind I only used a handful of times and always wiped my car and rims down after wash. There was nothing wrong with my rims or paint before using car wash. Plus on top of that I was not going to purchase another package there but my account was charged, I took time to go out they and asked them why my account was charged they said I was suppose to be informed that would happen when I purchased the package the first time and it wasn’t. The guy just put the sticker in my window and off he went to the next car. Not good experience for me.6 months agoI appreciate the convenience and efficiency of the wash. The initial detail can be inconsistent from visit to visit. Some employees more attentive than others. My car needs the front grille scrubbed every time due to its shape. How can they make sure it is done every visit? I very much appreciate the early hours! I definitely recommend your services. It is very convenient having multiple locations. Thank you!

Really great experience here. Did the 16$ car wash and happy with the results. The self detailing center was nice. The vacuums are very powerful. They provide rags, glass cleaner, and interior cleaner (not for leather). Love the air hose for getting dust and debris out of little spots. Would definitely return.
It’s not fair that they aren’t allowed to display a tip canister. I had volunteered to make them a “TIPS” jug and sadly I was told they cannot accept tips. They’re providing a service and they’re outside when it cold and hot. This company don’t even provide free bottle water for them in the hot weather. You shouldn’t treat your employees this way.
This was my first time using Take 5 Car Wash. They were so helpful from start to finish. I had some extra debris to scrub off on the hood and the manager even helped! Will definitely be coming back!
Great wash, great prices and very clean! Jacob was attentive and went above and beyond on customer service! Highly recommend compared to ultimate wash and wash n roll.
Really good car wash. They have all the supplies needed to clean the car interior too. I’d also commend them for their excellent customer service. James Russell is one of a kind. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely visit this car wash again.
