  1. Go to the H‑E‑B in sienna! The customer service is horrible at this location. I came to pick up my groceries at my scheduled time it was 30 minutes late after being lied to about it being done in a few minutes. I talked to the employee in curbside pickup and he was short, dismissive, and reluctant to connect me with a manager. After being connected with the store manager Miles I was told it would be resolved and I would be contacted but nothing ever came of it. From the head down they lack customer service and don’t take me or my money seriously. But I am glad there is a better option (Sienna H‑E‑B ) right around the corner.

  2. First off I want to point out that this place is great. I’ve been coming here for a long time and can easily find everything I need without help. But with that said, I just want to make a recommendation regarding the crawfish stand that is outside. I’m there pretty much every season and I always noticed how chaotic it gets when there’s a line. First of all, there is this invisible line that many just don’t know or don’t care for. And when the employees says to form a line, the customers look like a group of chickens with their head cut off. And that’s because of this invisible line that is not so obvious to everyone. Second thing is people fighting about who’s first or who’s next. You see the same thing happening inside at the seafood counter. Some customers will knowingly skip the line and you can imagine how this can easily escalate into a bigger problem. And that could easily be solved with a ticketing system. It’s super cheap to implement and will add tremendous value to the whole operation. It’s been this way all these years, but I hope to see this change soon.

  3. H-E-B in Sugerland is more or less the same as others. Tiny grapes to bulky jack fruit are there. So many varieties of beer, wine, cheese, flowers make it difficult to choose.

  4. I have to leave an even worst review because I’ve had the worst customer service experience at any grocery store today. I’m a personal trainer that’s been a loyal customer for years. I go here every single day, and I’ve given them plenty of my pay checks. I’ve developed great rapport with many of it’s associates and managers including a worker Diseree. For about a year it’s only been small talk with her. “Hello how is it going. How’s your fitness goals coming along? Well keep up the good work and best wishes.” That’s a basic encounter Ive had with her every time. She’s asks me for advice for protein supplements, creatine and even seemed interested in some written workout routines and I’m always happy to give free advice. However today, after saying hello, I’m met with a swarm of managers like a freaking SWAT team, surrounding me as if I stole something, telling me shes making claims I make her feel uncomfortable to which I respond there never been remotely any bad energy, no negative vibes, I’m not sure where its coming from. Had she had any issues with me, she only needed to tell me and I would have happily kept my distance but throwing a loyal customer under the bus for just saying “hi” is absolutely bad customer service. I’ve never been so embarrassed in any business and I’ll be damned if I say anything good about this place to the many other customers and clients I know.

    This H-E-B location is extremely nice. I order online a lot for pickup because it’s so convenient. I am never waiting too long and my order has never been wrong. I am a clean freak so I always acknowledge if a business is clean. This location is always clean and that includes the restrooms. The employees are friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh. I have no complaints. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

    HEB has always been my favorite grocery chain, but this location has been especially wonderful! Their music selection is always on point and today I saw several people dancing or singing along with the music making a tedious errand seem less cumbersome. I also want to give a big shout out to Janet, who did the best job bagging my groceries into my reusable sacks. She kept everything very well organized, making unloading groceries at home a breeze. To top it off, I had forgotten my paper and pen at the checkout area and Janet brought it out to the parking lot to return it to me. What great customer service!!

    Regarding bakery/cake department: Edited after eating the cake – even though the decorations were disappointing, the cake tasted delicious. I was told that HEB makes nice cakes and figured I’d try them out. My pick up date is the 26th but it was made on the 23rd?!? I didn’t special order a cake so it would be 3 days old. Additionally, the piped words on the cake look terrible. Who is making these cakes? The only positive is I didn’t spend a fortune on it.

    6.23.23 making this my store leaving heb dulles: 1. George in seafood today BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER … he walks on water when he reads ur mind (rather than having to explain w frustration) Great person and personality – makes u feel cared for and appreciated – rare gift 2. Distilled water well stocked!!!! (HEB Dulles out of stock today and the past 3 months they have hid under Spring water. Necessary for medical equipment and kidneys.

    My shopping experience was going wonderfully until I went to pay at self check out. I usually do my shopping very early in the morning to avoid the large crowds and busy check out lines. The lady, (named Ariana), this morning was very rude and disrespectful. I understand she has a job to do, but I felt like she was harassing me and I let her know to please stop. She continued to act as if her manager wouldn’t do anything about the situation, so I’m reporting it to H‑E‑B headquarters. Please, do not let one person ruin a customer’s shopping experience. Also, the alarm continued to sound off as I was leaving, and I paid for every single item. I even accidentally left a few bags because she made me that uncomfortable. The store manager came and let me know that they were having issues with self check out purchases. I told her about my experience, so hopefully it will be resolved.

    My mother worked for a fiesta for years before moving on to an office jog and to this day I have mad respect for everyone that works there. It’s hard to deal with people everyday but even harder to do so if they’re rude. Thank you everyone at fiesta for putting up with B S everyday and for what little pay you get. Yall are all very strong and important.

    Fiesta Mart is rapidly becoming the store of choice for my wife and I .You. can get hot coffee as well as pay.bills .lottery games and scratch off tickets are my hobbies so I take care of that while there .
