2 months agoDecent Kroger with a decent selection. Produce is usually pretty good, run good sales every week if you have a keen eye. Love the Manager’s special deals, always all over those. The staff have been very friendly and welcoming the past few years I have visited this location.4 months agoJust a caveat before I start. I’m a major HEB fan boy, but I do like to dip my toes in the Kroger water every so often. This location is really clean and organized . They have more “stuff” than other normal Krogers. Lots of gimmicks in the gimmick isles. They got the home team gimmicks as well, you gotta love it. Really friendly staff , looks like they don’t hate their lives likes some other grocery stores you go into3 months agoI ordered cakes for a graduation…the website said a full sheet cake only serves 50-60, so I ended up needing to order two full cakes for about 120 people. We only went through one cake (with rather large sized pieces) and still had pieces leftover. This was definitely misconstrued as to how many people a full sheet can serve.6 months agoI hardly fo to Kroger anymore because I go to HEB. I love HEB because produce is ALWAYS fresh, meat is fresh, unlike Kroger. My daughter and I saw a pack of meatballs that literally had MOLD ON THEM🤢. I haven’t been back since then. They cam definitely do better for the community!6 months agoThis Kroger has the most unfriendly staff working there, the personal shoppers act like you are in their way and I haven’t even gotten to all of the expired food there… I would suggest you check every single product at that store as each shopping experience I have found 4-5 or more items expired on the shelf ready for someone to buy…. not talking a few days expired… few weeks expired… i’m talking months sometimes!!! We now drive 30-40 minutes further to go to another Kroger just so we don’t have to deal with the stress, bad food, bad management, and unkind employees.

Awesome management crew
New pizza kitchen is a hidden gem so cheesy and fluffy and fresh it’s a must try for a cheaper price they sell it by the piece or whole. It’s always wonderful and pleasant when I shop everyone caring and friendly. Fresh produce and meat try the cheese shop as well. Also they have build your own 6 pack with numerous craft beers and ciders to chose from. Shop here and it will change your life.
I started shopping at this store because it was more convenient for me since it is closer to my house. I have never had an issue until a few days ago. I picked up my curbside order and when I got home I noticed I was missing an item. I have called the store numerous times to be refunded for the item that THEY forgot to add to my order even though I paid for it. I have been told it would be taken care of but I have not been reimbursed. Don’t bother calling the 1-800 number, nobody answers the phone and the assistant on virtual chat ended the chat while she was suppose to be looking into the issue. How is that for customer service? So as of today, I have not been refunded the money and never got the item I paid for. Take your business elsewhere.
I had purchased a gallon of milk couple days ago and today I went to the store and I ask for a manager here Name is a CHANTAEA she she asked for my receipt I told her I don’t have a receipt and then she yells at me telling me we cannot exchange your milk. you have to buy other gallon of milk , and then she walked off she was very rude and unprofessional she needs to learn how to respect customers and service I do not understand how she became a manager sorry but I will not come back to the store anymore and I will tell my other friends and family not to give you guys any more business!
I normally go to this store for groceries and do self check out and I’ve normally had great experiences with workers here. However today when I went to the money service desk Carlos was extremely rude and knows nothing about customer service. When it was my turn he looked at me and I said hello good afternoon and he just went back to his conversation with his coworker ignoring me. Instead of being polite he was giving attitude. Definitely needs training with customer service.
