2 weeks agoThis is the worst store ! I have tried to use the service desk for a few different things and every time the person behind the counter has said the computer is down I can do nothing before she knows what I need. The Starbucks is the same way I tried to pick up an order that was made online and before I could say what I was there for the person working there told me the computer was down she could do nothing. I went to the pharmacy and was told about my prescription insurance will not cover it and it is 85. Well Walgreens filled it insurance covered it and even without insurance Kroger was charging double what it was going to cost. I think that these are some of the laziest, nastiest people ever. Also the man at the deli has an attitude from hell. If you go to the reynoldsburg Kroger be sure toake it a visit without dealing with the employees there.3 years agoVery cool hot food section including reservable room, overall much bigger than the previous location down the street, nice liquor store3 weeks agoThis has to be one of the worst Krogers. We had to not only wait in line for almost 25 minutes, but also had to bag our own groceries while 4 employee were standing there talking. The cashier wouldn’t even help when done scanning our groceries he just stood there looking at me. The employees are very rude and extremely lazy.2 months agoThis is the only Kroger I am willing to go to near me. Although, I do wish there was a greater selection of fruits and veggies. I am always in and out in a timely manner. I can always appreciate that. Store is clean for the most part.a week agoThey have no carts available and the few carts that i did find have locked wheels. So annoying trying to find a working cart while carrying a baby.

Please hire someone who can do floral arrangements better. You all use to do beautiful arrangements. I wouldn’t give your arrangements to my worst enemy. Also your bakery has gone downhill. Your store use to be my favorite Kroger, now I only go there is I absolutely have to.
Catered my sons grad party from this Kroger and they did and amazing job. The fruit and veggie trays were fresh. Sandwich wrap and cheese trays were awesome. Cupcakes were light and fluffy and adorably decorated. Excellent service. Great value for the price. 100% recommend.
I love Kroger however Tim at u scan is an arrogant jersey. He’s been there 40 years and thinks he owns the place. I do everything in my power to avoid his line. He always thinks you or someone is stealing and makes a show of it. He is an embarrassment to himself and the company. Taylor and Main st. Is the location and days at u scan is where Tim will be. 40 years is a long time with one company so that’s good but he only made it to cashier in all that time.
Today my Kroger Instacart order turned into school supplies, no food, no delivery. I learned a lesson today to not use Instacart to buy groceries.
It’s nice to see good staff nowadays.
They allowed me to leave my cash with them one night when storms were knocking out their machines.
My wife just had surgery and I HAD to get gauze to her. I was expecting the typical programmed robot response you tend to get nowadays.
Instead I reasoned with the guy, left my money, told them to keep the $0.22 in change, and left in all the mayhem because he was smart enough to see that was fair.
