What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This store is so big and always clean. The shelves are stocked and pretty organized. I literally get lost in here. This is my second visit and I still have not seen the entire store.

  2. I’m really disappointed in Iris’ lack of customer service. This Kroger is usually one of my favorite grocery stores but she makes me not want to return. I don’t expect customer service representatives to always have a smile and act happy but she was rude and acted as if my presence inconvenienced her since she has to come out of her comfy office.

  3. Great prices, great deals and most definitely good selective items you need when on budget . Wish they had one in BALTIMORE 😅

  4. This is the BEST Kroger. The store is huge, clean and always well stocked with a nice variety to choose from. The employees are friendly and helpful. The other shoppers are also curteous and respectful (mostly). I’ve been doing weekly pickups for a few months and they always get my order right! This one is a little out of my way but absolutely worth the extra few miles.

  5. We love kroger and it is normally the only place we shop. The last time we were there for grocery shopping, we got a bottle of centrum vitamins, and the top of the box was taped shut. Didn’t think anything of it, but when we went to open the bottle, we noticed the safety seal inside was missing. From now on, we will only buy until damaged boxes and will always double-check the inside safety seal. We through the full bottle of vitamins out because we can’t be sure it wasn’t tampered with.
I feel like we have be violated and ver skeptical of thing I by from kroger, or any store for that matter.

    Shoppers be aware!

I want to thank these two associates, she works in the Deli and she was so professional and the young man went out his way to make sure I could find something in the store. I really appreciate great customer service, keep up the great work!

Due to the location, I do not think the experiences one has at this location will change. They will have the needed customers simply because of the location. This was my latest pleasant experience. At self checkout, the sale items I purchased did not ring up for the sale price. I raised my arm to ask for assistance from the person assisting those at self checkout. I told Tomika (your employee) what the sale price was and that the items were not ringing up correctly. She said, rudely, that she would go check. She returned and said the items were not on sale. I told her I would walk back with her to show her. (Since I doubted that she had time to go to the location and actually check) She said, “You want to speak to a manager?” I said yes. Another employee came to assist me. She and I walked to the items where she in fact did see that they were on sale, twirled herself around and slung her hair in my direction. All of this wasting my time and was obvious due to the lack of Tomika’s assistance. While the second employee was correcting the price, I said to Tomika, who was standing next to the register, that the items were on sale. I did this in hopes no other customer would have to deal with the issue. She slung her hair at me again while spinning around quickly. I asked the person correcting my order if she witnessed Tomika’s action. She said she did and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I mentioned that I thought she was a manager. She said she was a floor manager and wanted to know if I wanted to speak to THE MANAGER. I guess her being a floor manager it is not of her concern how Tomika was acting. I didn’t have time to wait and speak to a store manager, or I would have!!! She then told me that Tomika was leaving in a week. I assume she was telling me to be of some relief that she would not be working there, but I was only concerned with how I was being treated at the moment. I guess employees that are leaving have the ability to treat customers as they like.

I came by here they refused to let me in even though they didn’t close for 10 minutes. They were very rude about it also. There were several people still inside. I told them I just needed to grab a drink they still refused. I think that’s so rude. Maybe if the 5 employees standing at the door were working they could get people out faster and not turn away customers. I wasn’t the only one.

I don’t know what they’re going to need to do to attract some better staff for this location, but it just gets worse every time I go in there. I don’t know what they’re going to do this summer, since this is the closest location to most hotels & Air BNB locations. Nothing is stocked, the customer service desk refuses to do customer services (cash checks, bill pay, Western Union, etc) after letting a line of customers stretching through half the store wait 30 minutes, the staff is rude & untrained, and half the self checkouts are literally always broken or not in use.

This place has the worst customer service department I have ever seen in my life. 1 person has 2 speeds slow and slower. There is always a line there because of the inability of there customer service reps. Western is always down and they tell you after you have waited for 30 minutes in line. The customer service manager should be fired.

If I left a review a few weeks ago it would have been 5 stars but lately I’ve been doing the pick up (they offer good coupons with pick up only). Every week I’ve had to go back/request refunds because they’ve left out multiple items. Usually around $30 refund. I hope they have a system that doesn’t over load them when shopping that causes them to have to go so fast and miss items. Management should really look into this so these employees aren’t pushed past their limits. By no means am I blaming anyone because I do appreciate the pick up option and I do understand mistakes happen but it’s become pretty consistent.

I shop here at least three times a week for my business and at home. Lately, going in after 9 is not the way to go. Always seems to be a young lady named Akira working the only lane open. If she had no customers she is laid out on the table on her phone. When you walk up, she acts like you just disturbed her peace. Rolls her eyes and says nothing. Then, she acts like she doesn’t want to bag your groceries. They’re not paying me to do it. If that’s the case, I’ll go through checkout and do it myself. There needs to be a night manager around. And not one who wants to flirt with everyone.

I’ve never had a issue with Kroger. Employees always nice. I’ve been a customer for years but employee in Pharmacy this morning was so rude and unprofessional. Complained to management but seem to careless stating employees at the pharmacy ain’t with them but isn’t KROGER pharmacy? If only I could’ve gave ZERO stars! Do better KROGER!

Apparently they are taking lessons from Walmart. Bought blackberries and strawberries 2days ago. Both have already gone moldy. Called this morning and no dept, including customer service will answer. Not manager, nothing. Can’t leave a message. The day I went the bathrooms were completely out of everything, a employee was in a handicapped cart laying down and using her feet to steer with. It was on the dirty side. What the hell happened?
