What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. When in there today for lunch and I love y’all family pack chicken y’all have. Great price to feed my family and the employees there is so friendly and kind.. I really wish our Kroger from my neighborhood would look like that too..

  2. One of the better Kroger’s in the area, stores kept clean and neat. Through sometimes on rare occasions there are karts all over the place in the parking lot.

Staff seem to be pretty happy to help you with any problems you might have. While they offer really good promotions time to time it’s often confusing on the requirements. Digital coupons are the biggest reason for this as back in the days you would get the deal with just your Kroger card.

Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the store as is, but there are definitely places they can improve on.

  3. I was not a Kroger fan until visiting this location. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. I never have to worry about the shelves not being stocked or the pricing to be wrong when checking out.

  4. If I could give no stars I would do so. Recently had the unfortunate experience visiting this Kroger and encountered the most atrocious customer service at the self checkout line. It was an absolute nightmare that left me fuming with frustration. I can’t help but share my terrible encounter so others can be aware.

As I was checking out, I needed two paper bags for my wine. When there was none, I asked the young lady who has dark long her with fake nails and eye lash extensions if she could get some bags. My wife saw her role her eyes and then talked with the other young lady that looked her mocking us about needing a wine bag. When we tried to asked them about it they just denied it. She then only brings back just one bag and rolled her eyes when we asked for more. Why not just stock up entirely in case another customer behind me needs a bag? Just another sign of bad customer service. I wish I could have gotten there names but we were able to report them to the manager named Precious when I spoke to her on the phone. She assured us that this would be addressed and would not be taken lightly.

I left the store feeling utterly disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It’s shocking how a simple trip to the grocery store turned into such a dreadful ordeal. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills displayed by both the cashier and the manager was beyond disappointing.

I will never set foot in this store again after this appalling experience. It’s a shame that a store that relies on customers for its success can treat them with such disregard. I urge anyone reading this to think twice before giving this store your business – unless you enjoy wasting your time, being treated like an inconvenience, and leaving utterly frustrated.

  5. Kroger corporate office has decided to advertise prices at the shelves, which you must then download an app and enter your information in order to receive. Not only is this dishonest, it is burdensome.

After entering your personal information and passwords, which may or may not be stolen down the road, the app is also difficult to use. The app is geared towards directing you to shop online. It is an obvious push towards automation to minimize having to pay people.

For this reason, I will be driving to the nearest competitor as often as possible rather than shopping here.

EDIT: I live very close to this Kroger and it’s very easy for me to do a grocery pickup as I don’t have time to go to the store to shop. Product is 50/50 depending on time of day I set the pickup. Generally the mornings are better. I have received many broken items and spoiled/expired foods so I am sure to clarify in any breakable items’ notes to please make sure they aren’t broken, spoiled or expired. I appreciate the pickup people so much because I know it’s a lot and probably an annoying job. But it IS their JOB, so I have to remember that too. However, this time around, everything was damaged. Unfortunately I had to go all the way home to discover that. I had gotten hard shell tortillas; crushed. My boxes of pasta… crushed. As you can see my eggs… crushed. It was almost like something fell on it and they just thought, eh, not gonna replace it. I even got some energy drinks and the cans were dented! Needless to say, if you place the pickup it’ll be a gamble on your product based on the girls picking it. There’s one in particular who generally gives me damaged product 100% of the time (afternoons or later). All the other sweet girls make sure my pickup is wonderful. High risk high reward I guess.

OG POST: I will only pickup in the mornings- it’s the only time I get good product. Whoever does pickup orders at night is terrible. I even asked for them to make sure the eggs weren’t broken and yet…

This review is for Claudia who called herself”I run the store”…We’ve been with this store for almost 16years. Never once walking out of the store unhappy or question ourselves should we keep the receipt for the future issue. We’ve purchased the Gift card and it was invalid. We’re seeking for the help/support and all we’ve got from Claudia was finger pointing and irresponsible working ethic. Request to speak with the store manager seems out of option. Seriously disappointed…

Come here if you like buying expired food. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve bought items that were expired and didn’t notice until after the fact. Example: bought lunch meat a week and a half ago and didn’t notice until today it expired back in September. Of course I don’t have a receipt anymore. This definitely isn’t the first time. In fact, it’s because of this store I started checking dates much more carefully. But even then apparently I slip up here and there.

I’ve found bagels on a display by the ice cream and dairy section that were weeks out of date. I tell the manager. Come back a week later- still there.

I’ll just be making the extra bit of effort to go to HEB for now on. Fed up with this place to be honest.

This review is for the Manager on Duty, SUN. He is extremely rude and has ZERO customer service. He was really mean to my senior citizen parents (over 70 in age), and offered no help. He didn’t even let any of the staff to help either. It is very disappointing as I thought Kroger prides itself in customer service. Normally the other locations we visit are great, but I’m not sure why this manager always has an issue. I hope someone can look into this. Thank you!

It’s a smaller location, so they’re more convenient to quickly pick up basic items, but don’t expect a wide variety of each product. Also check expiration dates, I’ve come across many items already expired in the shelves.

Apparently if you have more than 20 items you can’t do self checkout according to the cashier who was on duty today. She told me to go to the lines. I have never had someone approached me and told that. I went to the line and had to bag my own groceries if that was the case why couldn’t I just use the self checkout? As I was bagging my own items the cashier proceeds to have a conversation with another customer while I’m bagging my own stuff. I really like this Kroger but the cashiers can be rude.

I want to compliment one of your employee her name is Debra. She was at the self check out this morning and I left the money without knowing so Deborah was very nice to chase me to the parking lot to let me know that I left the money, and she hurried me to go back to the store so she could give it to me, that was very nice. I really really appreciated her for being so honest thank you very much Deborah. 👍🏼

I placed an order online for sandwiches to feed 50 people. The order was ready at the time I requested it be ready. The price was the price I had agreed to pay and, the sandwiches were excellent! I will order from here again.

The customer service booth here has the worst customer service ever. Everytime, I come to this location I have a problem with the same lady. She always gives me problems about purchasing a money order. One time she told me I was not eligible to purchase a money order. Today, Aziz, the MOD, came down and had the worst attitude ever. I ask for corporates phone number and he flipped papers for minutes. Ruby, reason was credit card fraud prevention. II have my ID, my card, my sister’s ID and her ID and pin. What credit card fraud did she prevent. I

After waiting about 10 minutes for someone in customer service to return a $12 item, I’m told it had to be returned to the location e I purchased at. This isn’t my normal area but I thought hey, let me go in, make a return and do some shopping too. Nope. My groceries would’ve been at least $200 but you didn’t want to accept a $12 return. Smart..
