Only good thing is tickets. If they don’t like you. You will not get a job they call employers and talk bad about you I had a job lined up then got told that it wouldn’t work out because these people said bad things about me

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brianna to find a receptionist. She listened to what my needs were and did all the work to find the right person. The process was quick and easy and I will definitely go to her again. This is an amazing service and I would recommend anyone to use it. Thank you so much Brianna!!

My husband and I were so happy when Careers Under Construction came back to Fort Saskatchewan! The ladies are always welcoming and helpful. They are always curious of how our interviews went and askif we need extra assistance.

I would recommend coming in to see Sarah for any marketing help and Brianna for doing mock interviews. Even just come in to say Hello and tell them about your day!

    Thank you CUC!

Top Employment Agency Alternatives in Fort Saskatchewan

The Biggest Employment Agency in Canada

When it comes to finding employment in Fort Saskatchewan, there are several reputable alternatives to traditional employment agencies that are popular among job seekers. These alternatives provide unique benefits and cater to different needs. Here are the top three alternatives:

1. Online Job Platforms

  • Online job platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor are highly popular alternatives to employment agencies in Fort Saskatchewan. These platforms allow job seekers to search for job opportunities and apply directly to companies without the need for a middleman.
  • Benefits of online job platforms include a wider range of job opportunities, the ability to directly connect with hiring managers and recruiters, and the convenience of searching for jobs from anywhere at any time.
  • Job seekers can create profiles, upload their resumes, receive job alerts, and even network with professionals in their industry. Many employers also actively use these platforms to search for and connect with potential candidates.

2. Job Fairs

  • Job fairs are events where multiple employers come together to showcase job opportunities and interact with potential candidates. These events are usually organized by industry associations, educational institutions, or government agencies.
  • Job fairs provide job seekers with the opportunity to meet employers face-to-face, ask questions, and make a good impression. They often have a wide range of industries and job types represented, making it easier for job seekers to find suitable opportunities.
  • Attending job fairs can also provide valuable networking opportunities and insights into the job market. It allows job seekers to gain a better understanding of what employers are looking for and potentially secure interviews or job offers on the spot.

3. Networking and Referrals

  • Building a strong professional network and leveraging referrals is another popular alternative to traditional employment agencies in Fort Saskatchewan. This involves connecting with individuals in your industry, attending networking events, and reaching out to contacts for potential job leads or referrals.
  • Networking and referrals can provide job seekers with insider information about job opportunities that may not be publicly advertised. It can also help to bypass the competition and increase the chances of getting noticed by hiring managers.
  • Joining industry-specific professional associations, participating in online forums or groups, and leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn are effective ways to expand your network and increase your chances of finding employment.

While employment agencies can be helpful for some job seekers, these alternatives offer more flexibility, control, and direct access to job opportunities. It is essential to choose the option that suits your needs and preferences the best.
