a month agoThe Good: Good prices, good savings, good Seafood. The Bad: Some times poor stock. The Ugly: Really Bad Customer service, in the Deli department there is this guy named Bill, he is the worst employee, bad tempered all the time, and I mean all the time. I guess he should stay in home and quit his job. Bad customer service skills and other one in the deli is Wanda, also with same characteristics as Bill. In the registers is this new young cashier with named Heaven, she should have the name Hell, very nasty and with the temper of an 80 year old frustrated man. Don’t go to this store. if you like Kroger go to the one in Centennial Blvd.. they are much better.10 months agoThe customer service stinks. There are young adults working who don’t know how to look you in the eye, greet you with a smile or even a greeting. The cashier turned his back to the line of customers and got on his phone.3 months agoStore needs a reno and customer service is lacking. I purchased a package of the store brand’s ground turkey – Simple Truth – on a Friday with plans to cook it that Sunday. The meat was already grey and smelled terrible that Sunday, but according to the date on the package, it should have still been fresh and usable. I went to the store to exchange it, and they said I couldn’t without a receipt. Really? No other store sells that brand, and I was a very regular shopper spending at least $800 a month on groceries and other items. I left the foul meat on their “customer service” counter and walked out. They will not be seeing me there ever again.a month agoClean, people were polite. But not many open register with a human to check out. Plenty of self check out though3 months agoBeware of “Elvis” from guest service. So rude, he treated me like a nuisance. I was looking for work and he brushed me off to assist a lady with lottery tickets. Because apparently a non-winning lottery ticket matter more than a man and the talent he could bring to the company.

a week agoStore has gone down dramatically in the last 6 months – without a doubt store needs a good cleaning, shelves not stocked, not enough cashiers, etc. Never see any management. Will not go back.2 months agoI usually don’t have issues here, but I left an Amazon gift card in a bag while scanning other items. When I asked a worker for help, he shrugged and walked away, claiming ignorance. When I asked for a manager, he pointed to someone in the back restocking supplies. I dont have any problem purchasing another gift card but this un willingness to assist someone and shrugging shoulders and walking away is not ok.3 months agoCrazy i usually have no issues here! We sent out 6 year old to go get a small cart(small pushing one) and the worker told him no get a big one! Of course I’m like no get the small one she literally pushes it at him than takes the big one slams it into another big one and than takes trash and slams it n the trash can i had to grab my son to make sure she didn’t attack him honestly it was a bit scary!a year agoI been to this Krogers 3 or 4 times. The staff has been very nice all the times. Shelves are full. All in all I had a great shopping experiencea year agoFairly busy except during the bookend hours. A little cramped owing to range of items because of the available floor space.Enough staff at hand to assist with questions quickly. (Last thing I would want to do is question the floor plan) Despite the overhead signs, these (floor plan layout & size) have one plan for the aisles while the Signature stores have another. So never hesitate to ask quickly and your shopping experience will be better.

This is one of my favorite kroger branch… everything is neat and well organized, friendly customer service.. I highly recommend this branch
This store doesn’t seem to ever be fully stock. Fruit flies galore, its disgusting! Some closing cashiers close the doors 15mins early. Lastly I will never understand why they close the store 4 hours early for 3 days on a basis for floor maintenance. I do not recommend this location to anyone, very ghetto!
Soon after moving to a neighborhood near the Centennial Kroger six years ago the store was remodeled, and I shifted my business from the Forest Lane store. Lately the Centennial store has taken a big downslide in terms of cleanliness, stock and customer service. As a result I now use Kroger as a convenience type store, only shopping for immediate needs. This week the customer service was completely lacking … literally. I stopped after work on Thursday (about 5:30pm) and today, Sunday, at noon. The customer service counter was closed both times which were prime times. Corporate really needs to examine the store management and take action before the business takes a serious hit. SOS
Completely unacceptable behavior from a cashier named Kathleen. I’ve never ever seen someone be a stereotypical racist such as her. When trying to shop around this lady has followed me to “safeguard” the store, then I go to pay at self checkout with groceries she not once, twice, but THREE times feels the need to move me to another line with a cashier. It’s unacceptable because others have their groceries filled to the brim and when I ask why me along everyone else she said “because I caught you.” What excuse is that?? First time I stood my ground and remained in the self checkout line. Second time a manager came and told cashier Kathleen that I can pay where I please. As soon as shopping was complete she asked for my receipt to check that I scanned everything because according to her I’m a stealer?? The third instance TODAY August 3rd at 1:16PM she started grabbing my cart telling me not to pay here and tried to get me to pay elsewhere. I tried to brush it off asking her to scan my water and she refused to which I did so myself. Cashier always has the need to make it known to other customers with the volume of her voice to move me from self checkout. I snapped and asked why is it that you always do this to me when others have the same amount of groceries. Just a mother trying to get her groceries done and every time I come to this store I feel like I have to avoid her to avoid the humiliation she gives me. Latino manager then comes and assesses the situation and let her know that I can pay wherever. This woman Kathleen is upright rude and has no self worth. An honest job is an honest job, no need to spread that miserableness to others with that nasty attitude.
I have been shopping here for about three years now and this store has always bothered me because they are constantly switching items out… like you enjoy a certain brand of milk, you get it there twice, then the third time it’s nowhere to be found and being replaced by a new brand. Here lately though it has really taken a downturn. The produce section is horrible. Moldy berries, neon green bananas and lettuce/salads that expire in two days. As often as this store is out of stuff there should be no reason for moldy food to be on shelves.
